Oh, speaking of Mushrooms, I happen to live within twenty minutes of some of the most potent shrooms on the East Coast, possibly the country, but cops are always watching that s**t during the season. I remember going out with my cousin and two friends this year, we split into teams of two. I saw my friends and thought the dude in the black shirt was my one friend. Turns out he was a cop. Needless to say, I dropped my bag and just talked to him. Didn't get caught, but my friends did....Which I think is bullshit.

Dude, i have like a thousand different kinds of mushrooms that grow in my yard every year. I would totally go out and pick some, if i wasn't totally horrified with the prospect of a horrible poison death.
Sure, i have seen my fair share of Cubensis and Cyanescens but, they so happen too look way to much like extremely deadly fungi that i have no desire to vomit blood from.
Nevertheless, i do not think they should be illegal. They are a spiritual drug haha

Its not just pot. Its everything.
Safely manufacture drugs, and with mass production you can make them super cheap. Then sell them for the price they are currently going for on the street. Meaning like a ******** of tax money.

I agree with pot, mushrooms, maybe acid, and definitely Salvia but I don't think all drugs should be. Crack, Cocaine, Heroin, Extacy, etc. etc. etc. I think those would kill more people on the streets than actually bring in money. :p
Oh, and DMT. 'Cause that s**t sounds BOMB!

I like alcohol, don't get me wrong, but I'd rather see a bunch of baked people than a bunch of drunk people. When you're baked you'll get retarded, but a lot of the people I know can sit there and drive even more cautiously on weed than sober and what-not. Plus they're never angry. Where drunk people are usually the opposite.
Not sayin' everyone's like that, but it seems that way. I say do what Em said, tax it and legalize it, then also slap like 18+ or 21+ only on it. This way kids can actually grow up and then decide whether they want to try, even though they'll still find a way to get it probably.
Plus we make it legal, gangs and s**t lose one of their biggest sources of income. Why go to a dealer where there's a chance of getting busted and fined and s**t when you can go to a Coffee Shop or a 7-11 and get it without repercussions.
Just my opinion, but yeah. I'm a little drunk at the moment. Excuse me. :
