Ok so what happened is...

Stage one: Mike posted saying he is stepping from being VC/crew.
Stage two: Ian demoted everyone but Nori.
Stage three: Ian posted the thread to do with wanting new crew, etc.
Stage four: Ian posted his own stepping down thread.
Stage Five: Nori got guild back, and is keeping Ian and Mike in crew. (Until this s**t is over I think)
