no he is not..
Ace: You suck at Bleach factoids.. he is NOT ALWAY in Bankai..
Shikai alone requires you to know the name of your zanpaku-tou =/ and if you watched the Soul Society arc.. Zaraki doesn't even know it..
Ichigo however is constantly in shikai hence his zanpaku-tou doesn't change shape for the release

I well i don't watch mainstream anime like that, most mainstream animego's retarded after a certain episode, Like death note after 25 and like Naruto after 140 somthing.

I have, i just don't remember the dialouge. I rmemebr Ichigos fight with Zaraki and he said he have to hold his power back, i remember when the cat trnasformed into a human, i remember when ichigo made that big entrance just to be stopped by the cat. All of it I do.

uh.. Zaraki has an eye patch created by the 12th Division Research Bareau since he cannot stop the constant leakage of raw power that flows out.. so the eye patch eats his energy.. That is what his true power is when he stated he was holding back. The bells on his hair spikes is to give his opponent the advantage in trying to hear his movements since he is fast as well as a juggernaut...
Basically he LETS his opponent try to win >> before he kills them in a slaughter fest lol xD

Drago also says Ace you have all the Main story of the Sl...You need to fill in the details of the extra characters and or tell me that you need help...or any of the other Mods running around...Okay I gotta Run Peace out.
