Gil smirked.....then he moved again, rushing forward again,....This time he was aware of her electrical abilities and would not be caught off guard.....
Then as he neared her, two Light clones parted from him, moving out to his sides,....They were identical in every way,....even their movements......And together the three of them advanced on her....
Just before reaching her, Light erupted in their hands in little spheres......Together they thrust forward sending their spheres at her......and they shouted at the last moment....
"BAKURETSU..."

She smiled as blue flames errupted around her swirling as a barrier to deflect anything. She then ran at the one in the middle out of them as flames formed in her hand the barrier still around her.

She was good, but Gil was not an amateur neither....
As she closed in on the middle entity, a powerful beam of Light shot from the mouth of yet a fourth Gil, soaring high above them.......At the same time, realizing her feint, the other two copies turned and launched into the sky to join their brother......

She growled and spun as the flames spread out as the light would hit that and reflect off at the other due to the spin she had on the barrier. She released it and jumped out of the way incase another was coming at her. She took out her bow now and began running, her speed increasing a lot as a shadow appeared in her hand and she pulled her hand back as it formed an arrow.

Gil knew her use of multiple elements could prove troublesome, but it would be good training for him......
Hit by her attack his clones flashed into nonexistence......He stood, now, watching her run,....She was skilled indeed,....He would have to pull out some of his best techniques.....
Gil slung his staff across his back and took off after her,.....his hands moved in a series of hand seals as he ran,.....Then in a flash, a half dozen blades of Light shot after her,.....

She smiled as he shot more things at her and she released her arrow as a large blanket made of darkness englufed them and dragged them down as it dissapeared. She continued running and jumped onto a tree then kicked off to get more speed and was running again on the ground as she pulled her hand back again but nothing yet formed.

Reeve appears again in a crack of lightning between the two.
" Alright, we're done here. Melony, stop. Whoever you are, cease fire."

Gil scowled....nothing he threw at her would work....It was beginning to piss him off......
Then he just stopped....right where he was, he stopped running.....He turned his eyes to the sky for a brief moment,....then he smiled....
Gil jumped, soaring into the tallest tree he could find.....He went all the way up, stopping only when he had broken throughthe canopy and was once again in the Light of the sun......
Standing on the top of the tree, Gil formed a seal,.....
"KUROGAN..."
His eyes refocused at once giving him a view of the land in a new perspective......He looked below and could see Melony's light signature still running.........
He smiled.....then began a series of complex hand seals.....then a moment later, he formed a triangle with his hands,......and using it as a scope he aimed in on her.......
Then a beam shot out,....not from him, but directly from the sun.......as it shot through the trees, it burned clean through, leaving flames in its wake......

She saw the beam coming down and she jumped as she sent leaves flying wrapping aroudn her arms and she made it pull her back throwing her onto the ground farther from him. She saw it and she brought more energy into her hand as she shot a shadow arrow at him directly as hands shot for it and went flying at him to grab him.

Reeve growls in annoyance as the pillar of energy comes down.
" Foxfire!"
He slashes with his sword and as he does, he emits a wave of green, unnatural flame, which blocks/cancels out the attack on Melony.
" You deaf, kid?"

She stops standing on the grass and looks at him.
"Sorry reeve...... we were sparring......" She said wit a frown that he stopped the fight.

Gil looked down to see two forms of Light below,....one of them had just canceled out his attack with some strange green flame......Gil then heard what the man was saying.....the voice sounded familiar.....He immediately dispelled his Kurogan.....
Gil then jumped from the tree, landing smoothly on the ground below, not far from Reeve.....
"Why have you interfered, Master Reeve......This was a legitimate duel, to which we both agreed..."

He sheathes his sword bad-temperedly.
" I don't mind the sparring, I just want her to wait at least another day. And she really doesn't know enough yet to take down a Kurogan."

Lina sat on the roof watching everyone down below. She had just got back from making one of her sparratic trips into town. This time having a reason more then just wanting to visit the shops. She looked down seeing Reeve trying to stop the fight and wondered what she had missed.
