** Enter Bard from Library **
*Bard reenters the room, clutching two books in his hands and beaming happily*
You were absolutely right, Mystina. It tooks some looking, but I found it again.
*he slides into a chair and lays the books on the table, engrossed in them*

*The fae bounced over to the table, looking at the books curiously* What do they have in them? And I'm glad to be of help *smiles*

*He points to the faded black book* This is a 19th Century compilation of Mathematical Theories pertaining to the nature of Time and Space. *he points to the read book* This is a German-English dictionary, because my German is dismal, frankly.

*giggles and tilts her head* Are you going to throw them at someone? I swear, it seems to be all Tac wanted to use them for was to throw them at me.....

*Bard looks up from his book and stares at the Faerie* Why would Tacitus do something like that?

*tilts her head* Umm..... You don't want to know.... Trust me.... You really, really, really don't want to know. Let's just say I got on his nerves. *smiles sweetly* None of them ever hit me though. Thankfully.

*Bard blinks twices, then shakes his head with a sigh* You're right. I don't want to know. All the same, Tacitus ought to show more respect to women... and books.
*He squints at the book again. Giving up, he fishes his reading glasses out of his pocket and puts them on*

*She snickers a little* Actually, I was the one running around half naked around his temple and arguing with him and disrespecting him.... And, in general irritating him. He was actually really respectful... Except for the throwing books at me. *She blinked*
Oooh... what're those? *tilts her head, looking at his glasses*

*Bard looks up again* They're reading glasses. Humans where them to correct damaged eyesight.
*he takes them off and hands them to Mystina*

(( I should do this.... : *She puts them on and then looks around....then pukes.* But I won't. xd ))
*She looks at them and then puts them on, getting a weird look on her face before taking them off* Ow.... that hurts.... Why are you wearing something that hurts?

*takes his glasses back, feeling defensive* They're not that strong. I had perfect eyesight until I hit thirty.
They don't hurt me. They help me. But you probably have perfect vision, being a faerie, so they'd hurt you instead of help you.

*giggles and nods* Yeah, our eyes don't...do whatever...humans do.... *tries to think up words*
They're not strong, but they still made me feel ill when I put them on. And so... how do you know if they're the right strength for you? *she tilts her head a little, trying to understand*

*Bard closes his books realizing that he's not going to get any reading done. He puts his glasses in back in his pocket*
We usually go to an eye doctor and take tests to see what our perscription is.... you don't know what a doctor is do you?

*She nods and smiles* I know what one is, but no, we don't have them in Faerie. We know humans have them and go see them, but, we have no need for them, thus, we don't have them.

*Bard walks over to the bar. He finds a bottle of cider, pops the cap, and takes a sip* No I don't suppose you would need them, would you? Such an Idyllic place. No doctors, no sickness, no diseases...
*he pauses, considering* Mystina.... is it true? Are there really no diseases in Faerie?
