HPPD - hallucinogen persistent perception disorder - only come up within certain people. It's not a side-effect of the drug. Rather, it's similar to something like heart disease or diabetes - some people have a genetic predisposition. It comes from a defect in the person that activates in tandem with the drug.
Meaning that HPPD can't really be considered a side-effect of the drug, no more than the allergic reaction to, say, a cat can be the fault of the cat. There is no indication that continued use increases the possibility of HPPD. Not with LSD. There is, however, proof that the more you take MDMA, the more likely it is to harm you. That is definitely true.
Like I said, all present research shows pretty clearly that LSD is one of the least dangerous drugs. You can use Google and find plenty of studies and charts that show comparative harm, comparative dependency, etc. I personally don't take acid, nor do I smoke weed. That doesn't change the fact that they're both relatively safe, especially in comparison to a majority of both illegal and legal substances.
Like I said before, MDMA on the other hand.. that's an entirely different animal. It's somewhere between speed and LSD, and unlike LSD, each time you take it it's a serious gamble as to whether or not you're going to ******** your s**t up. It can cause permanent damage to the brain and even to the spinal fluid or the cord. LSD is nothing like it in terms of long-term effects.
DMT and LSD are both far and away safer than MDMA, and are safer than most s**t we can legally take, with or without a prescription. MDMA, however, is like Russian roulette.

Colonel Iyam A Heita I think the overall reason many people don't like you (or Sigil for that matter) is not that you hold yourself to a high regard, it's not even how out spoken you are... it has more to do with the approach.... or tone or vibe... in other words. Just two cents you can take or leave. The people that have opinions I care about understand what I say and take it for what it's worth, which is all that matters. The other people? They're not worth the effort because chances are it'd never click for them anyway. I'm satisfied in knowing that most people agree with my outlook, regardless of how much they want to refuse it. It's not on me to have them swallow their pride and man up.

sweet so I watched that video and compared it to what an experienced driver would do in the same situation.
The difference is enough to make a solid driver, a bad driver, and a bad driver a horrible driver.
But honestly the legal limit proposed of 5 nano grams, does not equate to the impaiment caused by a blood alcohol level of .08 from what i can see.

Darth you aren't even talking about acid.
You're talking about like 60s lab fabricated acid in controlled environments. Nowadays when people are talking about acid they're talking about random s**t some guy in his garage passes off as acid but is mixed with a bunch of other s**t or made improperly. You can ask pretty much anyone who has ever done acid from back then vs present day and they'll assert the major difference.

That people buy what they think is LSD and it happens to be LSA laced with heroin or MDMA is an entirely different subject.
It's also why I'd never buy or take LSD, because the chances of it being laced are there. But if you're talking about LSD as a drug, in and of itself.. it's pretty safe. Obviously if you up and mix it with something else, you're throwing in another element entirely.
All I'm saying is that acid, in and of itself.. isn't that dangerous. Now, going out and buying acid from some random ********? Sure, that's dangerous. He might have put that s**t through battery acid before setting it to the blotter paper, who ******** knows.
