Snappy J Tentae Snappy J My bro beat my Articuno with the FEAR Rattata earlier, that was AWESOME! I would have never thought of that idea. XD Level 1 beat level 80 XD. It was funny, I knew he had a trick though, I just didn't know exactly what it was. Yeah xD I've seen that before.. Rattata lv 1 @ Focus Sash First turn Endeavor after sustaining one hp from opponent. Second turn Quick attack- KO! 3rd turn one last quick attack. Yup smile . I used sheer cold, he survived and did exactly what u said. now if I had quick attack, he would've been screwed. Articuno's moves: Roost, Fly, Mindreader, and Sheer Cold My Articuno used to have that moveset before I started battling competitively. Now mine is more of a supporter.

Hey guys I know some pokemon give 2 ev's so lets say.
I battle a pokemon who gives 2 ev's and I have an item that increases sp atk ev's gained.
How much would I gain after that battle?
Do I double it, or is it increased by 1?

Do I double it, or is it increased by 1? I don't follow exactly.. Haunter gives 2 Sp Attk EV's. If you Ko that Haunter while holding a Power Lens. You get 4 Ev's. If you have Power Lens AND Pokerus you get 8 Ev's which is a 2 stat increase. Now say.. you're happily training for special attack and a Pidgey appears. And you accidentally Ko it! This will be one Speed EV counted. (With pokerus two) Since you had the item that specifically doubles Special Attack EV's, you wouldn't have to double it. If that occurs, there are berries that permit you to take Ev's away from the stat you didn't want to increase and you get the Ev back.

Back to training I go then. Thanks. I dont have pokevirus so I'll be getting 2 per mareep, and 4 per flaafy, 4 per girafarig.
