Yes, I'm still an academy student. Haven't exactly had stroke of luck with trying to get promoted. Go to the village Jounin, he turns into an inactive t**t waffle, go to the Tsuchikage, someone else intervenes. D:

Well, my character (even though it's not looking like it) Is still recovering. I dont think She'll go to the exams.

Even auto rank kages could only start with 35. (Granted, they could choose any level of jutsu, but still)
