Lovecrafty Whazuh Bloodline contest? In order to limit the sheer absurdity of an infinite bloodline crisis, Shinobi nations does not allow Custom bloodlines except for during a contest. In which, the best Bloodline will be added to the list of available custom bloodlines.

Buht, there are already a lot of Bloodlines...
The only thing I could think of would be a custom Eye Bloodline, as there isn't any of those. That might be viable...
Well in that case, I'd love a Bloodline contest~! I haz an idea. ^_^
So you just can't make a bloodline until the contest, right? I'm allowed to be a custom Bloodline, ja?

'Ruhi; Bloodlines are the icing on the cake for most. Let's face it. Most people here, when they selected to go without bloodlines, were looking to make themselves more appealing in terms of snagging the bijuu themselves.
