Asphiel walks down the stairs with Kai's old swords. His hair was tied back like always. He walked to the kitchen and got a bottle of wine and a glass and looked around.

Tomo walked downstairs in the pants he had lent to Ukaia, finally managing to steal them from the laundry bin to put back in his closet. All of his jeans were a little snug, so it was really the only nice-looking pair of pants he had that fit comfortably. He looked at Asphiel and nodded to him on his way to getting a glass of water.

He looked at Tomo a bit sad and got a cup from the cupboard and placed it all on a leather bag he had, "How are you, Mister Tomo?"

"I'm pretty good," Tomo replied with a shrug as he scratched the tip of his ear. "Er, may I ask about the other day? The scuffle you had with Yule. She said it was because she told Sapphire how you felt about her." He began, running his finger over the rim of his glass.

"She says she wants to help...I say she wants to mess things up. She didn't have a right to say my feeling. That was my job." he put the bag over his shoulder and looked for a muffin, "I am sorry for doing that, but she got to my last nerve."

Tomo nodded as if reasoning with himself, "I can understand being pissed. I would be. But I don't know what she grew up learning. She probably doesn't know any better." He said, leaning back against the bar, "Maybe talk to her, next time. Let her know why it upsets you."

Tomo looked up, "So, either get over it and move on. Or just keep trying. If she's ever going to feel anything for you, she's not just going to suddenly wake up with the feeling. You have to work for her affection just like you would any other woman." He shrugged. "And it's not Yule's fault Sapph doesn't feeling anything."

"Hmm..." Tomo tapped his chin, "Now, that's a problem." He murmured. "I guess I have to let her know that that's not acceptable, here. I may not treat her like a slave, but everyone who lives here deserves respect."

He finished eating his muffin and tapped Tomo's shoulder, "You're a good guy," he walked away and to the front door, "I got the message that angel Kai died protecting this area. I was thinking of building an altar." he looked away really not knowing what he was feeling.

Tomo smiled sadly and pulled his hair back, "There aren't enough altars in the world that could tribute just how much respect Kai deserves, but I think it would still be appreciated." He bowed partially. "Thank you."
