It's Rosette's new hair! ^^; It was an accident. The lines were freak-ish and I accidentally turned off the layer, and just the skin and colours looked great. So I just fixed up the picture a bit.
Took about an hour, but I'm proud.

roxxan had a school dance today and she was flirting with all of the guys....(all I said was "oh, you look nice today!" and "I love your hair!" and "HOW HANDSOME!!")
And she broke up with her perverted boyfriend...
and danced with one kid twice.
