Rei nodded his hello to Brian and Caleb's Marshtomp, patting the latter's head affectionately. He turned to Caleb and frowned slightly at the grumpier-than-usual boy.
"Perhaps you shouldn't drink so much. Alcohol and dehydration can bring out the worst of people," he cautioned. With that, Rei turned his focus to Allen.
"Good afternoon, Allen, Lydia. What have you two been up to today?"

Cody stepped into the room, his laptop in hand and Fraxure following closely behind, as usual. With a sigh, he sat down on the floor, crossing his legs and setting his laptop up in front of him. He brought his dragon under his arm, holding the pokemon tightly. It wasn't a very good night, and he had a lot on his mind.

Caleb opened his mouth to speak, only to close it again. Better to let Rei have this one. Not much of an argument to state only having a few sips of wine. Marshtomp grinned as he was petted. Yay for attention!

After having smal talk with Allen, Rei welcomed the latest addition to the party.
"Good afternoon, Cody,"he said, at a loss of words to cheer up the man. Pulling out a map, Rei looked to his Zubat.
"Countess, where to?" She blindly poked her head in a section of the map, a region west of Nimbasa City.
"Huh. Alright then," he said, rolling up the map and pocketing it away. Taking his bag from the counter, Rei addressed the group before leaving.
"I'm off to see Driftveil Drawbridge," he announced with certainty. "I plan on seeing all the architectural wonders of Unova before we're done with this place." His Zubat nodded in agreement, curious to find out which insects were native to the area.
"If nobody had anything to do, you're welcome to tag along." With that, he exited outside and adjusted his cloak.

Cody looked up to Rei and waved lightly, pushing a smile as he stood up.
"Nice to see you," he nodded assuringly, pulling his TADS from his pocket and opening up his map of Unova.
"Don't think I've heard of that one. I'll tag along."
Cody figured it would be good for him to get out. Sure, had had gone walking through the city just the other night, but this would be different. Maybe an actual outing with the team would help him move on. Or at least forget for the time being.
Looking back to his pokemon, who was still sitting comfortably on the ground, he motioned. "Deimos, let's go." And with that, the two took off after Rei.

After a day of sightseeing, Rei and Cody returned to the hotel lobby, the former relatively pleased with the outing.
"That bridge was larger than I expected," he said as he entered the room. "I'm glad we went to go see it."

Allen looked up from his spot in a chair when they entered, "Oh, hey! Welcome back guys." He threw a wave up in greeting. "Have fun?" He closed his TADS and slid it into his pocket.
Lydia looped around her trainer, looking to find the other two walking in, she waved and cheered.

Rei waved his hello to Allen and Lydia, his Zubat on his shoulder mimicking the gesture.
"Well, I certainly did. There were these strange feathers all over the ground, and a hideous group of ducks, and huge ships! It was fascinating." Rei plopped into the sofa, content with his outing.
"And how was your day, Allen?"

There was a thud as Caleb fell out of his chair. He grunted as he tried getting up, only to give up and just lay on the floor. The floor seemed more comfy than what he had expected. Then the falling asleep. Marshtomp poked him. Silly Caleb, you can't sleep there!

Allen was about to answer when the thud sounded. The redhead cringed, looking over to Caleb, "Dude, at least sit on the couch." he stood, walking to the lifeless body on the floor.
"Here, lemme help you up." He leaned down and offered his hand.

Rei blinked. He didn't know Caleb had experience hoboing it out on the floor.
"I dunno, he looks comfy," Rei said, stifling his laughter.

"Uhnn...I got this man...." Caleb grumbled, shooing him away halfheartedly. He struggled to his feet before stumbling across the room to the couch. He stood there swaying for a moment before falling forward and smacking his face off the wall.

"Lydia, would you mind going to get some water." Allen sighed, "Here." He moved to help his friend actually too the couch, to sit down rather than bruise his pretty fac-- I MEAN FACE! Just a plain ol' run o' the mill face. Before he hurt his face.

"I said I'm fine..." Caleb muttered. He rubbed his forehead. Not so much fine perhaps. There was now a nice sized mark from smacking his head into the wall. Way to go. A sigh was heard as he sat down.
