I have a friend who seems to have a tradition of being extremely unlucky during August. He lost his phone the other day, and judging from how pissed he was I'm willing to bet it was pretty expensive. gonk

Yikes! That sucks! D=
I hate August because it means school again (ugh!) and the unfortunate nearing of my allergies... >.<

TRG is allergic to school? 8D
August means the term's almost over in Nii Land, but that's usually the time when things get really crazy. Like... exams and deadlines flying everywhere. Can't say I'm looking forward to it.

Haha I guess you could say that, but I have horrible hayfever during September and it feels like I have a cold all month long.
Plus I'm starting college at the end of August, so I'm kinda nervous about that...but I'm excited too!
I also just happened to find out that today I'm 1000 days old on Gaia...OwO

August 31 is the US release date for Metroid: Other M. I am extremely psyched for it. Already have it pre-ordered at my local GameStop. 3nodding
I used to not like August too (for the I'm-going-back-to-school-in-a-few-weeks part), but after I graduated, it kinda became just-another-hot-month. *shrugs*

Firstly: Whoo! Other M!
Secondly: D**n, my friend for at least 7 years just moved to North Carolina
Thirdly: my ankle hurts...I either tore, ripped off, or simply overworked a tendon. The first 2 options have me in surgery and cast+crutches...the third leads to a week of sitting around
should I be happy?

A week of sitting around sounds very tempting. I'd jump at a chance for one of those. ;3; Without the pain and agony, of course.

Yeah, I'd definitely recommend staying off that leg until you know what your injury is.
Whatever it is, I hope it heals quickly.

and just as luck would have it, staying off it is the one thing I can NEVER DO!
my job is mowing lawns (with push mowers) my home life is filled with chasing after my little siblings...and my room is downstairs and very far from the fridge
I'd crawl around, but that's inefficient. I'd get others to grab stuff for me, but my sisters hate my guts and they're the only ones home
oh well, I'm goin to the doctor's tomorrow to see what exactly is wrong. Here's to a lack of surgery and intense pain! *cheers*
gnite everyone

The additional "new" poses for the Shadowlegend are out. Nii is disappoint. Oh well... It's better than nothing, I suppose.

O hey...I forgot to post to myself
I'm on cast+crutches for a week while some ligament in my foot recovers. No surgery needed, no intense pain...It's like a week of forced vacation!
see you all on Sunday

Yup yup. Got sidetracked with Otakon, college applications, and trying to find a place to live. Hope I haven't missed too much...?
