Let it be known that on this day, iSix-kun has voluntarily taken an Ougoun strike against him. He is now never able to acquire the rank of clan head for any rank, is limited to one RPC, and may never advance past Jounin rank. A second Ougoun strike will result in destruction of RPC with ability to create a new one, while a third will result in permanent banishment from Path of the Shinobi.
