Yeah, it's unfortunate that those of us from nearly five years ago are around so rarely, with the exception of only a couple of people. Then again, the fact that we still feel the urge to visit after that long, when so much else in our lives has changed, shows just how important this community has been to us.

It's happy feelings to know that there are people out there you can relate to; whether they're down the street, across town, or right in the glowing box next to your bed.
Even without the roleplaying, Leviathan has been a community to a lot of us for years now and it's always a joy to see old faces coming around again; just as much as it is to see new people who are around enough that they become old people.
Compared to a lot of the people here, I barely RP at all. Compared to some I RP a crapton. Either way I've been here more or less every day for the last four years.
...really tells you something.

I've been here since day one... ever since this WAS just another bullheaded battle arena for a bunch of noobs to get together and fight s**t. When I started this place, I honestly never expected it to go beyond page 5... but after the likes of Dante, Sunstrike, Honoraven and the rest turning this place into a literate playground, it grew... after people such as Ed, oh what a noob he was back then, and Maxi and Josh and Tom... I'm still amazed to this day. I really am. And despite the fact that just recently have I begun RPing after 2 years of pretty much nothing, it's still nice to see the old faces pop in here... even the ones who lurk...
