Richy and Chikorita reach Larvitar and then stop at the sight of the temple. "Wonder whats going on here." He asked as he released Corphish from his pokeball. "What are we doing here?" Corphish said looking at the torch and temple.

Larvitar merely raised his claw to his mouth, a signal to be silent. The Pokemon inched forward, hoping not to set off any traps on the floor.

Richy shuts his and Corphish's mouth and carefully followed the Larvitar.

As Richy steps on a tile, arrow panels open up from the walls around them and they start firing. Larvitar sighs and turns around angrily at the trainer and Pokemon. They weren't very stealthy.

"Shoot! Maybe I weigh more than Larvitar cause I stepped in every spot he did. Maybe its a weigh difference. Sorry Larvitar." Richy said looking at the angry pokemon glaring at him.

The arrows fire directly at Larvitar and Richy. Larvitar uses Iron Defense to block the incoming attacks, hoping Richy would be as lucky to have a defensive maneuver in his arsenal.

Richy looks at Corphish and tells him to use Protect around him and Chikorita and himself.

Larvitar yawns as he continues onward. Into the blackness illuminated by more blackness.

Richy jumps out of the way and into the location where Larvitar was going and follows his every movement.

Eventually Larvitar comes to a large circular room with an altar in the middle and a row of black fire stretching out circular around it. A large booming voice overpowers the room and it shakes violently with each syllable. "You've done well young one." it thunders and Larvitar nods. "The sacrifice looks quite plump and ready. Shall we continue?" the voice asks, Larvitar nodding once again. "GUARDS! SEIZE HIM!" the voice thunders a final time as Machop with warpaint come at Richy.

The Machops attack Richy, trying to incapacitate him. Larvitar laughs as they grab at him. Fight three so these crazy people don't sacrifice you!

Richy lets out Skarmory and Skarmory used Aerial Ace, dealing great damage to 1 Machop. the Machop attacks with Dynamic Punch, and tries to hit Skarmory with is, but misses. "Skarmory use Aerial Ace again!" Richy said as Skarmory attacked the Machop and fainted it.
Another Machop comes out to battle Skarmory. "Skarmory use Air Slash!" Richy said as Skarmory attacked with its sharp wing edges and nearly faints the Machop. Machop attacked with Brick Break, slamming its hands on Skarmory causing good damage. "Skarmory use Air Cutter!" He said as Skarmory sent some razor like winds at Machop and fainted it.
The last Machop comes out. "Skarmory use Air Cutter!" He said as Skarmory sent more razor like winds at Machop and hit, with a critical hit, fainting it in 1 hit. "Haha, they were no match for you Skarmory." Richy said as he returned Skarmory and catches up with Larvitar.

Dark enters HQ with his Empoleon on his left and his Tyranitar on his right.
"Seriously, what do you want?" The hybrid asks. It wasn't a negative tone, he was offering to buy his Pokemon something.
"(You don't have to get me anything Dad....)" The Tyranitar responds. The Empoleon remains silent.
"But we have to celebrate your one hundredth win!"
The Tyranitar seems to be annoyed that Dark is set on getting her something.
