I think you do, Mai. We all do once we give it a shot. Rest up, Mai...you've had a tough day today.
Tutsumi hugged her slightly and then nodded to Bel that he was leaving. He waited for her to leave first before starting to close the door behind him.

Nyl Phairen "That would be telling, wouldn't it?" Behind her scarf, she grinned. "I know what I'm seeing when I see it. ...Or hear it, I suppose." Her voice dropped, as though she didn't want anyone potentially nearby to overhear. "I heard about the wedding. Quite an accomplishment." At mention of the wedding, an evil grin spread across his face. His facial expression clearly stated he knew what she was talking about, but his voice said otherwise. "What wedding?"

She smiled "I'll make sure I do." She then picked up another of her quick biscuits and munched at it.

Again she followed his cue. She still wasn't quite sure what was accomplished by her tagging along, but she figured that didn't matter much.
"I'm thinking it's about bedtime," she said quietly as they walked down the hall.

She looked at him and just looked at him strange as he hugged her and sighed.
She cried silently laying there, she wasn't one to cry normally, or easily either. Mai felt torn apart.

She shook her head "It's nothing, something must be throwing off my senses" she replied. She knew something seemd strange for sure, her powers might be weakened to non existance, but her native abilities were working at full force and she knew something was amiss.
She muttered something in her language hoping her toy would hear.

She found her room, changed into pajamas, crawled into bed and fell asleep.

Heading into the kitchen, Tutsumi headed for the fridge and took out a bottle of water before plopping onto a chair at the table. From the look on his face, he was tired and worn out.
