There should be some rule stating that if you haven't bumped/posted at least 50 times, you can't win. or something like that.
And if you want it a bit more tolerant, not even just on this thread. In the guild itself.

She lay down on the grass,
Looking up at the sky,
thinking, it’s all she can do.
If she disappeared she would not be missed.
She will be gone just like everyone else.
Getting up from the grass,
she walks on the sand,
looking outward towards the sea.
She walks into the water high up above her knees.

Then the water calms down. The water recedes,
then darkness falls, and all goes dark.
The sun goes down and the day is done.

The inactive members should be removed/banned. As in those with 0 posts or only 1 intro post. They just take up space. And I mean if you join an leave hoping to win, that's not good strategy.
