"You don't have to be..." Mikey said, blushing slightly because of how close to him Jakkin had gotten "alright then.. up we go..." he continued as he let go of Jakkin so that he could stand first and help Jakkin up. Once he'd gotten to his feet, Mikey reached back down to help Jak stand.

Jak took his hand gratefully, getting to his feet clumsily with a watered-down grin. "Thanksh..." Moving close again, he traced the other man's mouth with a finger, his hand shaking a little. He stared at those lips, the ache in his heart drawing his lips to follow the trail his finger had traced ever so gently.

"Jakkin... I can't let you do this...." Mikey said as he broke the kiss "you're drunk... and I'm sure you'll regret it later...." He moved to wrap an arm around Jak's waist walk steadily, as he said "C'mon.. we should go..."

"Well, I'm sure you remember the wonderful results of last time we got caught kissing.... so it's probably not a good idea..." Mikey said, shaking his head slightly as he lead Jak down the path out of the woods.

Jak frowned, his fuzzy brain concentrating on the moment in question."I 'member...she donn wann me now though. And Shuru...."
He sobered up slightly, the ache in his heart returning full-force at the thought of his beloved. "S-Suurrruu..."

Suru watched everything in horror, too shocked to say anything at all. They couldn't see him, still crouched behind the bushes, and hewrapped his arms around his knees, burying his incorporeal forehead in his knees, shivering and letting out a soft sob as soon as they had gone, cleanly broken into a thousan pieces. He was alone.
No need to be a mind divided. Now his heart felt as hollow as the rest of him. The shade faded, and joined the rest of himself in Davina's room.

Sunray Tristram Of course, Drake wasn't too interested anyway but Ray was. It had been a while since she'd found someone with odd powers of sorts. "I suppose you're right. This forest is big enough so I don't think we'll be found."Shrugging, R'larin wandered back to the edge of the grove and listened intently. "It sounds like they're gone, but curiosity never hurt anyone... Did it?" Grinning mischeivously, she took a step past the trees, turned, and nodded- "Coming with me?"

Ray thought for a moment. Curiousity had gotten her into a lot of trouble before but nothing had really happened while she was here. She then nodded, Drake stepping up beside her. "If we find something, don't touch it," he muttered before moving to follow R'larin. She glared at his back and hurried to catch up, Meir clinging to her shoulder.

Ears twitching, R'larin pretended not to hear Drake's comment to Ray. She didn't know what he was on about, and assumed Ray did, so she opted to keep her mouth shut. Looking about, the night elf longed for her cat to be with her... But Keirnan was probably happier on Azeroth. Frowning, she stopped, "I don't even feel anything in the forest anymore..." Scowling, she looked to Ray or even Drake for an answer.

The two of them stopped as well, Ray concentrating for a moment to see what was around. "She's right. I can't feel anything either." She frowned in disappointed and Drake shook his head. He looked annoyed by that fact, having looked forward to finding something interesting. "Well, at least you can't unleash something evil into the world again." Ray glare at him again and huffed. "Don't make me abliterate you..."

"That's not neccessarily true," the night elf chimed in, "If we can't feel anything then doesn't that mean natural wildlife as well?" Ears still twitching, she held a hand to the side of her head and chuckled, "Or I'm overly excited at the idea of adventure."
((Miss Sunny-tastic, I have a favor to ask you. What are the rules/stats/stuff for Psuedo-Dragon familiars and animal companions? I have a friend in my gaming group that would like one for his ranger.))

Ray shrugged a little though she really wanted an adverture as well. It had been too long. Though Drake said nothing, she knew he was itching for another good as well. "I can sense magic better than anything else so I'm not sure about the natural wildlife. If there was something around then it could be masking its magic in some way." Drake only nodded. He left the sensing to Ray and Jessica because of their talents. He was there to kill things.
(('Tis a lot of stuffs so I'll just tell you where to find it. They can be found in the DM Guide 3.5 p.200-206. They might be mentioned in another book but I could tell you which. sweatdrop I'm more familiar with familiars rather than animal companions.))

Frowning, R'larin nodded to the two of them and faded into the shadows. "I'm going to scout ahead, just to see if there is anyone nearby." Dissapearing into the foliage, she searched about. There wasn't anything, or anyone, out of the ordinary. Stepping back into the light, and letting the moonlight hit her, she wandered back to Ray and Drake. "Nothin'," she muttered in dissapointment.
