"well i dont kno how to get stronger as a medical nin but as a fighter whene i received the 9 tails i learned faster and i just always put strain on my bodey by always using the sharringgan doing evry thing and slowly my chakra expanded and i used it to copy evrything i saw for example..." muko grabs a bubble and thunder/lightning appered in it he threw it and as it hit the wall it made a huge explosion nearly destroiing it"and from there i would make it better by adding in somthing that gave it an extra boost"

(if i could find a list of medical ninjutsus i could make a npc to to teach you but i have an idea ) "yah in a way im a mirror but normally most people that fight the sharringgan get ready nor nin and gen jutsus but i use a mix of tai-nin jutsus to the point that in a seariouse fight i use the rasengan as i do a punch to the point where most punches are rasengans do seariouse damadge"
