Well, the basic difference is, Porno Grind's lyrical content is extremely sexual and includes gore fantasies like necrophilia or necrozoophilia (Cannibal Corpse has a song named "Necropedophilia"). Grindgore is just gore.
In any event... A kind generous girl whose smile melts my heart. The other one would appear way too frigid... rigor mortis.
