Leila giggled at his rubbing and the sound he was making. "That tickles..." Taking the cat, she rubbed against his own face and imitated the noise he was making. "Kitty-cat loves you too," she smiled, feeling a little bit better. "It would be nice to go. To see them again. But...are you sure you want to? It might be a bit boring for you...plus I can take care of myself." Leila's hair formed into a twist mass of pointy edges behind her, a coy smile on her face to show she was more than a match for anyone. "We should go before the others know, you're suggesting?"

Chuzuka had been mumbling to herself the whole walk, it seemed strange outside today. As if everyone was busy at the same time. Chuzuka sighed, breathing out her worries and stress before coming to a halt infront of a wonderfully built home. it was then her necklace began to glow a light blue, the object warm against her delicate, cool neck. Her eyes widened, her slender fingers wrapping around the sphere Non-Humans? She thought with a pang in her heart. Biting down on her lower lip, she squeezed through the gates and made her way towards the steps. Reaching the door, her sapphire eyes flickered with a limited amount of curiousity. The smart, logical part of her nagged at her concious to just turn around and leave. Ignoring all caution, her wrapped her delicate fingers around the door handle and pushed it open, a warm gust of air blowing against her face.
" Hello? " She whispered, the sound bouncing against the walls of the house

Haucon cringed when the dirty looking stuffed cat smushed itself against his face. He laughed "I love kitty too..." he said offhandedly. "No I want to go with you. I know you can handle anyone." But I worry about how you'd handle yourself...he added to himself. He hopped onto his feet and offered her a hand up. "C'mon, I think we should stop by and at least let them know so they don't worry." he said.

Violet listened as Esabella explained, she actually seemed to be enjoying the conversation, rather then thinking of a satirical responce. Just as she was about to reply she frowned, "Did you hear that?" she asked. Removing her hand from the girls the black winged chaos demon took to the stairs. Seeing the girl standing in the hall she crossed her arms. "You'd think the blood would be a good enough reason not to come knocking on someones door," she remarked icily. Slowly she desended the stairs, staring at the girl with her large, emerald eyes. "What are you doing at this time of night?" she demanded.

Leila pulled herself up, and fell against Haucon on purpose, hugging him around the chest. "It feels nice to be concerned about.." she mumbled against his chest. Her hair relaxed from it's spiky position and curled up to the piercing in his eyebrow, poking it with the end. "Did this hurt?"

Esabella followed Violet silently. She hadn't heard anything, not that she had been paying attention. She had a tendancy to only pay attention to herself and the person she was talking to when she was talking about herself. She looked at the person at the bottom of the stairs with the same glare she had given everyone else, but stayed at the foot of the steps instead of following Violet.

Haucon leaned down and gave Leila an eskimo kiss. "No...they clamp it and then you don't feel it at all til the next day, and then it just aches when you touch it." he said. "Now this one..." he added pointing to the one in the center of his lip. "This one was a b***h. C'mon let's go." he took her hand and began to lead her toward the stairs.

Hearing footsteps Violet turned her head to look back, her head turned inpressivly far considering the rest of her body didn't move much. Seeing Haucon and Leila holding hands she raised an eyebrow. "You kept that quiet," she remarked, a hint of amusement in her voice.

Not knowing exactly what Violet meant by her statement, Leila looked away, her face flushed in embarrassment. She didn't know when she was planning on letting them know...or even if she would have. But it was all out in the open now and nothing could be done about it. "We're...going out for a bit. I want to see my parents...."

Violet shrugged, "Your funeral, but you'll have to go out the back. We have another pest up front," she replied, gesturing to the stranger in front of her. (sorry its short)

Haucon had stopped dead in his tracks. "I...er....we...uh..." he stammered, his face red. He gave up and just stood there silent. "Right then." he said after awhile. "Out the back it is." he turned and began to walk very quickly toward the back door.

Leila gave a quick wave to the newcomer before retreating behind Haucon, hoping he actually knew where he was going. Your funeral....did Violet know something she didn't? She was the kind of demon that probably wanted it to end miserably for her. Leila only hoped she was wrong. "Oh sod it." It was only the second story. "Haucon," she whispered as she slid open the nearest window. Searching for the back exit might take too long. As she smiled she jabbed a thumb at the newest exit she just created and climbed through it.

Violet chuckled and waved as they went past. "Don't stray to far, i might get hungry later and what your sharing tastes fantastic!" she called, obviously enjoying the thought of the feast she could have later if she played her cards right.

"Huh?" Haucon said still distracted. He barely connected until he saw Leila disappear out the window. "Leila!" he said frantically, just barely remembering not to shout. He ran back to the window and stuck his head out. "What on Earth were you thinking!?" he said, swinging his legs so he was sitting on the sill. Oh gods. he thought looking down. It's only the second story... another part of him said. He scooted out and slid into empty space. On a reflex his wings spread out behind him, attempting to slow his descent. He landed with a thud in a bush.

"Are you trying to kill yourself?" Leila's voice came from above him. There was a rusty piping to the right of the window which she had turned into a makeshift ladder. Hand over hand, she made her way down until she hopped off a few feet above the ground. Kneeling beside the bushes, Leila started picking twigs and leaves out of his hair, a smile on her face. "Your bum doesn't hurt too much, I hope?"
