Wendigo29 I'm an American of Irish decent, tho I know not how much. Black & Tan's for all!!! Come Out ye Black & Tans! I was born on a Dublin street Where the loyal drums did beat And those bloody English feet They walked all over us! But every single night When me Da would come home tight, He'd invite the neighbours out With this chorus: Come out ye Black & Tans! Come out and fight me like a man. Show your wife how you won medals Down in Flanders. Tell her how the IRA Made you run like hell away From the green and lovely lanes Of Killeshandra! I LOVE that! My Great Grandpa Duffy was in the IRA. Well... We think... We don't know much about his past. But that's why we think he came to the U.S. for some reason.

first of all... Yes I have been a really bad active member as of late.... I've had a lot of schoolwork and schtuff, leaving little time for gaia...
secondly.... Happy halloween!! hope you all had fun, unlike me who tried to cram 90 pages of geography into the head...
thirdly...... speaking of school... my friend and I are doing a project about ireland and their occupation and the famine etc etc..... so I wondered if anyone have any snazzy irish links (not counting wikipedia) or any other strong fancy opinions about this 3nodding
it would be wildly appreciated...
also I do recommend "Angela's ashes" by frank mcqourt.... great memoir heart 3nodding

Hey! Hey! I wrote this song! :
RISE UP YE IRISH
Can ye see what's happenin'? Can ye see yer children starvin'? Can ye see my Irish children?
So, Rise up, Rise up me Irish Children! Rise up ye sabre's and kill 'em all! Rise up Rise up me I-rish Children! And free every one and all!
Can ye see the Black an' Tans? See them starvin' us all? See what the English Opression Has wrought upon Ol' Donegal?!
So, Rise up, Rise up me Irish Children! Rise up ye sabre's and kill 'em all! Rise up Rise up me I-rish Children! And free every one and all!
S-o! Rise up Rise up Me Irish Children! Rise up ye sabre's and kill 'em all! Rise up Rise up me I-rish Children! And free every one and all!

Eh, who knows? At least Rumsfeld resigned. I thought he sucked at running the war.

I personally think the war is stupid. A war on Terror can't be won with guns and bombs and fighting others. Terror is an emotion and only induviduals can truely fight it. The guns and bombs and fighting is causing more terror then stopping it. That is my personal oppinion and thats all I have to say about it.

There's no one way to win it. Just to stop it when it pops up and not a continual war. Just small strikes. But whatever...
