Leavaros Hi, I'm Leavaros Dapple. I write poetry and short-stories (the latter occasionally), and love music, Jim Brickman, Queen Latifah, Ayame Sohma of Fruits Basket, and life, generally. Oh, and men. And food. Almost equally, and I'm sure that both show. I don't like people who are close-minded, and feel sorrow that there are still people who hate us for what we are. But in forgiving them, we win the greater struggle. And in loving them, we change the world. I don't like cold weather, so it's good that I live in Tampa, Florida. And in Wintertime, I will make my warm Hazelnut Coffee Drink, or doctored Cocoa, or even my Honey-Butter Dip with banana bread. (I love tinkering with recipes.) I don't like the general attitude of panic or doubt or distress towards the present and the future. I wish we could all just work a little harder at making the world a better place, and a little less squabbling or worrying about it. But I guess I'm just a wistful idealist at heart, which is the only thing befitting my coming ripe age of 17 (next August 24th). Everyone tells me I'm an old soul, and half the time, I wonder if that's a good thing or a bad thing. The other half, I just accept it as a part of me--a lot like my sexuality, actually--and move on with my life, trying to lead it as best I can. Is that enough info for one day?
