true about the exposed arms but also according to the latest issue, no matter how serious they may seem, arm injuries dont slow tim freakin' drake down at all...
also, werent those speedos richie grayson wore scaled/armour-plated? xp

Yes but d**k had both his arms and legs exposed. The person with the most protection in a suit among the bat-group would probably be the current Batgirl because she has no skin exposed.
