Besides, the GLF has the core fleet, whose ships I'm gonna start statting. But aside from their tech is mostly mobile, stealthy stuff. And their troops are either Green Newbs or Old Vets. They may have acquired some vessels and vehicles from sympathetic worlds, but They're mostly a shadow force...

You boys need to stop depending so much on tech and new toys to solve your problems.

Actually, it's a bit more detailed than that. It's actually something any self-respecting Sith would admire, at least as a pet.
Shall I post the info?

Quick question. If you're fighting a guerrilla war, why are you researching all this technology? Technology can only take you so far. Tactics, or lack thereof, is what decides victory.

Ral Roke Quick question. If you're fighting a guerrilla war, why are you researching all this technology? Technology can only take you so far. Tactics, or lack thereof, is what decides victory. Aside from tactics, what cost me the ultimate loss was my lack OF technology. I had nothing to combat the likes of the Metal Strills, as I'm sure Styellar would gladly gloat about. Most of the tech I'm doing (of which the Dathomak will be the last) is made to counter the fall-points of my defeat.

So you're going to have a bunch of nightsisters on cyborg mounts?
Pfft... I suggest canning all your technological plans and start asking some creative people to come up with something for you.
Your technology wasn't what killed you. It was a lack of proper application. While you didn't have any tech, right now you're just making up other stuff that won't help.
You need anti-ship technology, not ground units. You have clones, your army isn't exactly suffering any more than the GLF's. However, your starships are the core problem.
You're fighting the enemy with the same ships and technology, with fewer numbers and lacking the same numbers. You either need some tactics, or some anti-ship gadgetry that isn't theft off a video game.
The metal strills was the only real tech which was applied against you. The rest was simple battle strategy.
You're killing yourself. You're going to throw more technology at Stellar. What's going to end up happening is a simple massacre. Technology can't solve the problems which are ailing you. I'm going to laugh when your cybermen and cyberbeasts are destroyed by a simple ion gun.

You don't need countermeasures EK, you need a new strategy because eventually he will find a way to go around the counter-measures...

What You really need EK is to quit focusing on heavy units. That, and you need to find better sources of units.
Clones are acceptable, because they are cheap cannon fodder. The noghri are a good start, but you'll never have the numbers or effectiveness llike thrawn, because they don't have to serve you. its only the clan which pledges itself to you anyway, and those numbers are small to begin with.
You need small, tatical units which can deliver a heavy blow, but have the speed to adapt to your strategy.
Capital ships and heavy walkers are good if you can support that kind of fighting. They SUCK for guerrila warefare.
You need to quit relying on a group of dathomiri to get things done. You got real lucky to get as many as you did to begin with, and on top of that, listen to you. Imperial Knights will help aid your forces much more than some stupid witch. Antares Drako is loyal to fel, but there were hundreds, if not thousands of Imperial knights scattered to the galaxy. What you need to find is a small group of them, and replace your craptastic dathomiri corps with someone that knows how to use the force rather than someone who still believes that it is "magic".
The Noghri need to be replaced with something stronger or more effective, because they really lack the numbers to make an effective death squad.
Light and fast. You need light and fast. Right now, you only have noghri which satisfy that small demand. You're going to have to think on a different plane than what you are right now.
