*Faith dodged the arrows with lightning-quick speed, but a few still knicked her flesh, burning her. She let out another howl of pain and turned to face her attacker, noting that he was out of arrows. She bared her teeth and snarled furociously*
"I may be out of arrows, but that doesn't mean I'm unarmed." *Hagrid said as he withdrew a silver bladed dagger* "I will not let you harm the students you monster."
*Faith lunged and landed on the giant, her claws digging into him. She yipped as her stomach was slashed with the dagger, causing her to tumble off of her opponent. Hagrid loomed above her, dagger poised high in the air, preparing to stab her. Faith lashed out with her claws, catching him across the chest. The dagger clattered to the floor. Faith took the opportunity to flee. Wounded and needing rest, she headed back to the Dark Forest*

McKenzie came running out of the castle with un-human speed, noting Hagrid kneeling on the ground and the tail of a wolf slinking into the forest. She came skidding to a halt next to the half giant and silenced his protests as she checked his wounds. All appeared to be surface wounds, none of them really deep enough to do damage. She looked into his eyes, noting the paleness of his face from the blood loss. "Go to the nurse Hagrid. I'm going after the beast." Before he could say anything, she was nothing but a shadow in the dark forest.

Fisshu McKenzie came running out of the castle with un-human speed, noting Hagrid kneeling on the ground and the tail of a wolf slinking into the forest. She came skidding to a halt next to the half giant and silenced his protests as she checked his wounds. All appeared to be surface wounds, none of them really deep enough to do damage. She looked into his eyes, noting the paleness of his face from the blood loss. "Go to the nurse Hagrid. I'm going after the beast." Before he could say anything, she was nothing but a shadow in the dark forest. *Faith reached the forest and was about to lie down when she felt the presence of another being nearby. She concealed herself in the shadows, awaiting for what or whoever was following her to come within striking distance. The first rays of the morning sun crept over the horizon. Faith reverted back to her human form as the sun rose high. She became dizzy from the loss of blood she sustained and collapsed to the cold dirt floor of the forest. As she fell unconscious she could she a pair of feet in the distance stepping closer into view in the of her blurring vision* I don't think they saw me... Too far ahead... *She thought as everything went black*

Kathryn/The Raven had heard the howl and had been in the shadows when McKenzie ran by. So like a shadow of the bird they represented they flew/floted after silently, down the halls, out the door, across the grass and into the forest. They stayed, watching and silent, having touched down to wait.
A puase and the sun came up. The beast would be sleeping and Faith would need help excaping. When McKenzie left they moved to the fallen man, staring at hime with dark jade eyes from under their hood. Dax, their faithfull raven landed on their shoulder, cocking her head to the side at the man as well.
"Hagrid, as the student said, heal up. But speek of this to no one. This beast is non of their consurn." their accent was cold, and old sounding, The Raven's infulence very apperent in the tick irish voice that spoke softly but seemenly boomenly from under the dark hood

Ninjara *Faith reached the forest and was about to lie down when she felt the presence of another being nearby. She would pause occasionally, sniffing the air as she followed the scent of the wolf. She silently wished the sun would rise faster. As the first rays of the sun crept over the horizon, McKenzie stopped. The scent had vanished. What? How is that possible? A scent can't just vanish like that! She crouched lower to the ground and sniffed harder. A familiar scent, masked by the blood, touched her senses. Her face went pale as she burst towards it, almost stumbling over Faith as she reached the girl. Her eyes trailed over the girl, taking note of her wounds and blushing at the realization that there wasn't much left of her clothes. She looked around and pulled some herbs from the ground, quickly preparing them and applying them to the wound on the girl's stomach. "Not the wolf my a**."

Fisshu McKenzie had slowed to a cautious walk as she went deeper into the forest. She would pause occasionally, sniffing the air as she followed the scent of the wolf. She silently wished the sun would rise faster. As the first rays of the sun crept over the horizon, McKenzie stopped. The scent had vanished. What? How is that possible? When her eyes came into focus she released her grip* Sorry Wallace... *She looked around warily as if looking for something or someone* Is it gone? It didn't bite me did it? *She patted over her body, searching for bite wounds, noting she only had cuts and scrapes* McKenzie winced inperceptibly as the hand had gripped her throat, but she remained calm only gasping slightly as the hand released. She listened with narrowing eyes to what Faith was saying. She felt irritation rising quickly within her as her eyes yellowed. "Cut the crap Faith! I know full well where the wolf was injured cause I saw that fight with Hagrid!" She growled low as she gained control of her temper. She lightly touched two of the cuts on her arm. "Your wounds match those that the wolf sustained. The wolf's scent vanished at sunrise and was replaced by yours. Stop hiding it Faith." Her stare was cold and serious as her eyes met the Americans.

Then that wolf shows up and attacks me. The only reason I got away is because I lost most of my clothes in the process. As for Draco and his lackeys, I don't know what happened with them. They most likely ran off like the cowards they are. Anyway, I came out here to get Hagrid, and it caught up to me. *She stood, shivering slightly in the cool morning air and turned her back to the girl, showing her a set of claw marks going down the length of her back* Don't be so quick to assume things. I caught a small glimpse of a man running away before you showed up. I didn't see his face though. Oh well, looks like another trip to the infirmary for me. Madame Pomfrey's gonna have a bed reserved specifically for me if I keep this up.

Kathryn/The Raven left behind a shocked Hagrid as they fallowed the path Mckenzie took to find Faith from the shadows they watched, steping forth to let herself be known. "Perhaps, your argument could be continued inside ladies" She said softly. Letting a long moment past before she pulled her hood back to revile her now shoulder long fire red hair and deep emreald jade eyes and smooth pale skin. A deffienet change from how she once was.

McKenzie's face was cold. Faith's words were merely going in one ear and out the other as she examined the claw marks on Faith's back with darting, confused eyes. How is that possible? It doesn't make sense... She screwed her eyes shut and suppressed a sigh. She was about to speak when a second voice interupted hers making her jump slightly. She whipped her head around to see a woman vaguely resembling Kathryn. How did I not hear her?? Her eyes narrowed as she tried to hide the confusion on her face. "O'Riley?"

Kathryn/The Raven smiled "I dont think my name has changed Mckenzie" She said with a hint of sarcasiem, just a hint, and it was light and warm. "But in any case, lets get the nudest here to her room for a shower and some clothes" She added, taking off her tattered old robe and holding the deep colored fabric out to Faith

I resent that remark O'Riley. *She growled* It was either strip or die in my case. Besides, I'm only a nudist at the beach. *She took the robe and put it on, holding the front closed around her. She looked at McKenzie* Coming Wallace?

McKenzie shook her head slightly, shaking her confused gaze away from Kathryn. She had only half heard Faith, so when she looked at the girl, her face was blank. "Huh?" It was then that the American's words had sunk in. "Oh... yeah. Comin'. " She stood slowly, eyes flickering between the two girls.

Fisshu McKenzie shook her head slightly, shaking her confused gaze away from Kathryn. She had only half heard Faith, so when she looked at the girl, her face was blank. "Huh?" It was then that the American's words had sunk in. "Oh... yeah. Comin'. " She stood slowly, eyes flickering between the two girls. *Faith walked to the infirmary where Madame Pomfrey looked over her wounds* "You're a lucky one Miss Malfoy, there's not a bite on you." *She said as she looked the girl over* "Wish I could say the same for the poor soul they found near the forest."They found another body? Who was it? *Faith asked* "Don't know, there was hardly anything left of them worth trying to identify. Although from the size of the corpse I'd say it were another student. That's two deaths by that monster so far. If they don't destroy it soon the school will have to be closed."*Faith was bandaged up and sent on her way. She walked in silence, arms folded and gaze cast downward*

Kathryn/The Raven fallowed, only speaking once they left the hospital wing "McKenzie, stop staring at me as if I'm a puzzle" She said with only a slight ping of annoyence and mostly amusement
