"Huh-wha?" Kevin nearly fell over when he heard people talking about a Squirtle. He assumed they were talking about Monsoon since he was the only Squirtle Kevin had seen in a long time. Regaining his balence, he turned to the source of the voices to see two trainers who were looking at Monsoon. "Uh, yeah, thats my Squirtle, his name is Monsoon." He walked over to the two trainers as Twinkles climbed up onto the top of his head.

"And a Sableye?" Keegan gasped. "I've seen a few of those hatch before. You've gotta watch out for those razor-like teeth," he shuddered at a memory. He grinned and held out his hand. "My name's Keegan," he said. "Nice to meet you."

"Monsoon," Kasiya said thoughtfully. "Considering what he'll evolve into someday, that's a pretty fitting name!" she said, nodding in approval. "Oh yeah, I'm Kasiya. What's your name?" she asked, her voice cheerful, as usual.

"All aboard!" Nitro hopped into the air and with a powerful stroke of his wings, they were off, gliding over the ice cream stand.
Felsic couldn't beleive his luck, two beautiful girls in one day. He nuzzled himself in Karri's lap, the gently flapping of Nitro's wings lulling him to sleep.
"Nightmare against Watson?" Mike asked, almost confused. "I'm aware he knows Earthquake, but those electric Pokemon are faster and will tear him to shreds!"

Karri glanced down at the small Fire Pokemon. Just looking at the Cyndaquil brought a smile to her face. "You're too cute for your own good." she said with soft laughter.
Mitsu grinned. "I wouldn't underestimate Nightmare. He can handle himself fine." she paused, "Although a little help from his team mates might be nessary."
They there nearly to the front of the line already. Who ever was working the ice cream booth was either very quick or talanted. Or maybe both. Mitsu leaned over to the side a bit to catch a glimps of two Delibrids handing out ice cream and accepting the payment.

Kevin shook Keegan's hand, "I'm Kevin, nice to meet you too." Kevin looked up at Twinkles as best he could, "I havent had any problems with the teeth yet, but I'll keep that in mind."
Monsoon ran over to Kevin and grabbed onto his pantleg, a little uncomfortable around the new people.
Turning to the girl, Kevin introduced himself to her. "My name's Kevin, its nice to meet you Kasiya." Kevin looked down at Monsoon who was hiding behind his trainer's leg. "Yeah, I kinda had his later forms in mind when I picked his name."

"I still can't wait for Tate and Liza." Mike said, thinking of the battle ahead. "Maybe they will let us battle as a team and we can win together!" Mike was wearing his normal excited grin as he shook in anticipation. "That would be so cool!"
Nitro descended slowly next to Mike and Mitsu, giving a goofy salute. He glanced over at a lucky Wobbuffett who just scarfed down a mound of chocolate ice cream. "I want!" He whined.

Jaeshan looked down at Ryka. "Do you wanna give it a shot?" he asked. "We can't win if we don't play," he added, noting her somewhat doubtful look. "I think I'll have a go," he said again after she still hadn't responded, and winked. "Wish me luck."
Jaeshan stepped forward when his turn came, rubbed his hands together and reached into the bowl, fishing around for a second or two before he chose one that he felt was lucky.
"Probably just a booby prize," he chuckled as he unfurled the crumpled paper, and looked at it. "That is...unless the booby prize is a gold star," he said, his jaw dropping as he showed his results to Sakura and Ryka.

"It's nice to meet you too," Keegan nodded. "And of course, you guys," he added, nodding to the Sableye and the shy Squirtle. "Are you a trainer?" he asked after a moment or two.

Karri decended from Nitro's back holding Felsic in one arm. She tugged Mike's sleeve. I think Nitro want's ice cream she told him though telepahty.
"It is a double battle and they're close friends so I think they will." Mitsu said with a nod. "And if you come with me you won't get lost in the gym puzzle!" she added with a laugh.
The duo reached the front of the line and Mitsu glanced at the list of flavors.

"Oh, wow! Congradulations!" Ryka said cheerfully, throwing her arms around Jaeshan's neck. When she realized what she was doing, she pulled back, her cheeks turning pink fast. She looked up and smiled sheepishly. "Umm, excuse me miss, may I try?" She asked Sakura.

Monsoon was sitting behind his trainer poking his head into veiw and Twinkles had moved to Kevin's shoulder, but was still grinning like a maniac.

Mike looked over at the psychic Pokemon, a big smile came across his face. "Karri!" He practically shouted, hustling over to the Gardevoir and giving it a hug. "I haven't seen you in ages!"
Felsic was still snoozing, Mike's loud voice not pestering him one bit.
Nitro hopped around excitedly and pointed to the chocolate sundae on the list, the Delibirds a bit intimidated at the Pokemon.
