Delphine watched the newcomers, not trusting them in the least. She has her shortspear in hand and waits patiently... well, maybe not so patiently... for one of this group to answer Tanith's question.

Reimar, still smirking, responds, "I cin do ye one betta tha' ye'd expect! We 'ave no love fer a necromancer in our hideout, s' I'll let ye know where he sleeps." The other men look nervously at Reimar, but he waves a hand toward the eastern door. "e's right through dat door, down tha 'all, past the statue. He keeps a coffin dere fer a bed... I'd be careful if'in I was y'all, he's a nasty bugger."

DarkHayama I eye the half-orc suspiciously, trying to discern his motives in telling us thisSense motive check 11+3=14 Since everything the half-orc does or says is shifty, it is not easy to discern. But you can tell that he means what he says. He does not like the necromancer, and believes him to be in the coffin.

Raam though for a moment. Then, he decieded to speak up, though he did not really like to do so in front of their current company. "Um..." he began. "If he sleeps in a coffin, an' he's a necro.. nerco... One of them corpse herders, then he might be undead too right?" Raam said, trying to find the right words. "But if he's undead, he has to be one of the smart ones. Not like them zombies or ghoulies. An' the smart ones are usualy the strong one's, right? What I'm try'in ta say is tha'... Do we even have any way ta' hurt this bugger?"

I turn to look at Raam"I understand what you're saying, and you may very well be right. Depending on what kind of undead he is, he may be quite the complication for us. There may be little I can do in the battle to come, but where my fists can not do damage, there are others who may be of use. The Arcane Arts may still be able to cause some damage, and if the necromancer is smart, it means he has a brain. Minds can be messed with, confused."

I look to the ranger and give a half hearted smile "Perhaps he just finds sleeping in coffins to be cozy" My look gets serious again "Regardless, I don't see that we have much of a choice. We're not going to live out lives down here, and we would not survive an attack against the city watch if we even wanted to go that route, which I know many of us have no desire to do. We must get to the bottom of this, and defeat this necromancer if that is what it takes. Besides, I certainly don't feel safe knowing there's a necromancer around going unchecked."

Returns the smile.
"You are right let us push forward, there may even be a exit out of the city down here."
Starts toward the door that the Half-orc mentioned.

"Perhaps we should give everyone time to prepare first." I look towards Delphine"You have the look of a spellcaster, so if there are any spells that could help you survive, I suggest casting them now. We have no idea what we shall face on the other end of the door, but I certainly don't want to see your life end."
