sweatdrop Wow you kids make a big deal out of skool. I don't feel the slightest bit immodest saying I'm one of the brightest people to pass through my elementary and highschools in recent years. But damn, I was lazy. I was always on the High Honor role until 6th grade, after that, I stopped paying attention, and just passed everything because I always ace tests. Even in college, I skipped most of the work. Don't know why I passed some courses, I think it's because the professors felt guilty failing a student( often the only one) who understood the material perfectly. Still... good for you guys, with your hard work and dedication... I could never do that with a topic that didn't interest me( I aced the courses for my major, of course. It's the gen ed stuff I coasted through).

JD is Catspaw.
And I'm lazy too, Vague. I wanted to graduate a year early, so I combined my love of internet with School and took Goevernment and Econ over the internet, in "e-highschool"(It's like summer school, but during the normal school year, and online).
After many stress filled days and panic attacks later, I decided to never do that again. But it turns out because of those two half credits, I could graduate half a semester early anyway.
The only reason I'm graduating early is because I hate school, and want to get out of it as soon as possible, Vague.
I would've dropped out of highschool, or just taken my GED and been done with it, but my parents wouldn't let me do either.

Nusumi Vague Wow you kids make a big deal out of skool. Had to get you for that after all your corrections sweatdrop Seems like a waste of effort, as that was clearly intentional. I would have picked on the poor( tired-man's) grammar throughout, such as the missing comma after "Wow".

Vague Metabolic I think I could of graduated early. But I'm taking a few AP classes this year. Which is why I probably won't be online. I have to say, I'm shocked at the state of education where you are that someone who doesn't know to say "could have" can graduate early and succed in AP classes. I never said I was in AP English though. You also shouldn't use a conjunction as the first word of a sentence. But I do anyway. See?

[Q] Is it just me or has anyone else noticed the space in the brackets of "Original" in the wrong place in the forum title? sweatdrop I just haven't said anything. I took AP and IB courses while in high school. Today, that means I graduate college after four years with two degrees: a B.A. in International Relations and a B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in English. It's good to take those courses when you plan on going to college because then you're not spending all of your time taking requirements your freshman year, like the rest of the class has to. Hehe.

Metabolic I never said I was in AP English though. You also shouldn't use a conjunction as the first word of a sentence. But I do anyway. See? Actually, that's now seen as acceptable by many grammarians, as long as you are refering back to a previous sentence. [Q] Is it just me or has anyone else noticed the space in the brackets of "Original" in the wrong place in the forum title? sweatdrop *applause* Now that's astute. The spacing is intentional, however. I follow my own rules concerning punctuation( but I do so consistently - see?). I do know the proper rules, when they are necessary, and my methods do not make my meaning less clear. So it's not the same as a complete disregard for punctuation, it's creative but purposeful use thereof.

I noticed it too a long time ago, but like JoVo, never said anything.
