Xandra walked into the restaurant, the waiters at the door smiling at her as she entered.

Xander came in a few minutes behind Xandra, his twin sister. He had just fed, and was asked by Rogue to meet her here. He strode to the table, and no waiter disturbed him. He smiled as he sat down. "Hello, Xandra. Glad of you to join us this time."

"Just because I was ambushed by lycans does not mean I was late on purpose last time." She lit a cigarette, a common thing her family seemed to enjoy. A waiter came to the table and offered them wine to which Xandra simply nodded.

"It is good to see you both." Rogue nodded slightly. She had come in from the back, and had taken care of some business with a client, then proceeded to sit down. Her face was still a bit ripped up, from the lycan with UV liquid coming out his claws, but the skin had turned into 4 long scars from her ear, moving down towards her nose.
"The new weaponry that has been aquired by the lycans is a bit annoying. Find their source, Xander, and cut him off if you could. And Xandra, it was not your fault that you were ambushed." She smirked a bit and looked at her with a playful grin. "How are you both?"

He looked to Xandra first, then nodded to Kaei. "Doing as well as can be expected. I'll get a team on it and head it myself. There are some police trying to take advantage of a paper trail I left for them regarding the club, but I don't suspect they will find anything."

"We've killed a total of 16 or so hunters throughout the city, taking one at a time of course, waiting until they go out to do their own hunting. We have a few people watching suspects and all seems to be working out for the better. Not to mention a few black listed traitors."
Xandra took a drag on a cigarette she had lit.
"But other than that, I am fine. Sorry about dragging you into the little brawl last night. There were too many for me to take by myself. They had caught up to me. I must have gotten into a small pack's business on accident."

"Don't worry about it. It is healing, and I've been in a jam like that quite frequently. Quite a few people want me dead, I couldn't imagine why."

As he places a hand on the doorframe of the entrance to a rather established-looking restaurant, he takes a sweet breath of the crisp air flowing lazily around him this perfect New York Night. Enjoying the premonition of rain not yet quite overhead. That sharp smell of earth that permeates the air just before a downpour.
Nothing smells better than home...And such a long time i have been away from it. And shall be again. But tonight; tonight i will savor like the sweetest notes of Johann Sebastian Bach's greatest symphonies.
He presses very lightly, allowing the door to swing inward, greeting the young man taking his finely cut coat, and expressing his appreciation over the compliment given by the waiter on his finely made vest, fit nicely over his silk tuxedo shirt. As he is guided to his seat, he notices a rather well-done painting, standing out from the other's. 3 figures...and one of them being a face he recognises instantly. A faint smile curves his lips as he takes the proffered chair, at a small but elegant table amidst some of the finer paintings placed at regular instances across the sobering colors of the interior. It was a very fine restaurant indeed. And he was glad he had made reservations. It had been a long time since he had enjoyed anything as fine in New York.
There had always seemed to be matters rather more...pressing.
He raises a hand, shifting the right side of his now shoulder-length silver hair behind his ear, having cut it to that length only a few weeks ago. As the Waiter attends him, he takes in the patrons, smiling as he orders a fine bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. As the waiter leaves, he begins to notice that he is not the only one of his kind here either...

Rogue walked into the place, the waiters nodding to her...she did not need to speak a word. She walked to the bar and ordered a drink. She looked to the bartender then, and asked how business was. "Well. We seem to be booked every night." She nodded. If she were human and enjoyed human food, she would most likely think the food here was exquisite. She let other people make those decisions, though.

"Could I buy you a drink?" A young gentleman sat down beside her at the bar. Rogue shrugged her shoulders, and continued lighting a cigarette. The man looked at her and could see the scars on her face. "Beautiful scars...bad accident?" She smiled to herself alone as she looked intently at her cigarette, the bartender watching Rogue's reaction, as the man could be killed for uttering such a phrase.
"A nasty accident indeed." She caught eyes with the bartender, almost asking him what she should do, and he merely smiled and shaking his head, continuing to clean the glasses with a white towel.
"Get the lady a pear vodka and cranberry. Make it a double." The bartender nodded and continued to smile, apparently amused at the vampire elder and this, man trying to be suave and debonaire.
"So what brings you here good sir?" Rogue questioned playfully.

"Oh, I heard that the owner of this place was someone I absolutely had to meet..." He smiled at her and lifted a brow while holding up his glass, sipping a bit of the liquid from it. Rogue's ears heard him, and in a blur of movement, she had a hand around his throat, and pressed her mind against the humans in the room, shielding her activity. Her teeth elongated and were bared, and a low growl sounded from her throat as she bit the words through her teeth. "Who are you, and what do you want with me?" She was in the mood for no games, and was on edge as it seemed there were people following her far too much these days, not to mention the lycans, the hunters, the tainted....
He coughed and choked out a few words as her ironclad grip loosened only enough for him to speak.
"Federal Bureau...of Investigations...I have a few ...ques...tions..." She had perhaps done something very stupid then. Finally. An FBI in person, and she had just given herself away. She would need to call Alexz to erase his memory. "You could kill me now, save the Bureau a bit of trouble so they could 'warrant' your arrest and a great deal of killings could be pinned to your mob group around the city...though we both know its a bit more than the mob..." His eyes were arrogant. She hated arrogant humans. "You threaten me when your wife and child at home are safely sleeping...how long could they possibly stay safely?" She had pulled the information out of the top of his consciousness. "What would they think of your disappearance?" Rogue bit in reply to him. Fear snaked through his aura. "Leave them out of this."
"Then leave me out of this."
"This isn't over, Rogue...we know all about your kind...you've been careless...."
"You're the careless one, Liam...if you know so much, you know it was a mistake to threaten a vampire on their own turf..." She reached under his shirt and pulled out the microphone and tape recorder and smashed it with her free hand.
"Get out." She released her grip, and he nodded politely in the arrogant way and made his way to the door. As soon as he left, she made a few phone calls and went into the city.

"Ah, finally I get to enjoy a decent meal. I wish my family would see that you don't always have to feed on blood only. Although I must say it is easy to get the waiters in places like this to be hypnotized to bring blood instead of red wine."
*steps into restaurant*
"Waiter, i would like a table for one. And..."
*looks into waiters eyes*
"I would like to request some of my special red wine if you would be so kind"
