As ordered, X left his station at the Azayaka Group HQ to relay an important update from Ada to the Arashikage. He quickly arrived at and maneuvered the halls, needing little effort to get passed the few who weren't already giving the metal man a wide berth. It would seem, to some extent, that Toso's bad day was not yet done with him. There would be a firm pair of knocks at the door and an introduction, "I apologize for the intrusion, Lord Arashikage Tosokurui Ashi Hojo." X reached to turn the knob, finding it to be locked. X analyzed the lock for a moment and tapped into his Jiton battery to utilize a smidgen of Ada's magnetic chakra to adjust the tumblers then crept into the room- surprisingly light-footed for a stringless puppet man. "I have an urgent message from Miss Ada Kyuri. She reports that their team has located Miss Selina Rosewater unharmed and will returning to the village promptly." He had already registered those that were in the room and decided to leave the rest of the report to the small scroll grasped in his left hand. X approached Toso's desk and set the scroll upon it for him. "Please, Miss Kyuri urgently insists you read this, sir." The robot actually wore an expression of pressing concern, one of the many "emotions" he'd learned of and how to emulate. Of course, he also knew when to properly use such natural things... usually. This time, he was certain that Ada wanted it very clearly conveyed that her recent realization during their mission was important to the safety of Arashigakure's populace in some measure. The scroll itself had but a very simple message, as there wasn't much time given to explain anything beyond her reputable intuition as a detective and a warrior. It read:
"I have a feeling that Antioch may have used us as distractions from an ulterior objective. I hope that I am wrong."
X took a few steps back from the desk after leaving the scroll and bowed respectfully. "I will return to my other orders. Good day to you all." The puppet man waited for no returned input and departed upon completing his duties. The door was locked behind him again and he'd head out into the village to patrol in search for anything amiss. Hopefully the Ayazaka Group's security feeds would turn up something useful for him to report to Ada when she returned to the village.

Expression carefully devoid of my thoughts--though it may have just been because I felt too drained to express anything--, I watched Toso move to the door, lock it, and then turn toward me. Evidently he decided to finish our conversation before delving into whatever Unki had come for. He questioned my lack of action in signing the document I had been given, and then echoed my thoughts aloud, which made my eyes narrow, if only slightly. Don't presume to know my mind, I wanted to say, but I held my tongue. After all, he wasn't exactly wrong.
Returning to his desk, he placed and filled an empty cup with some sort of drink that I didn't immediately partake in. My wits were already frayed at the edges; I didn't need to get myself into further trouble by drinking. That was a dangerous game. After giving some suggestions to the Empress to keep her busy, he gave me his full attention. My gaze on the other hand drifted to Unki as he spoke. The title awarded to me wasn't final, and he wasn't questioning my strength, but he'd chosen it for other reasons.

My eyes returned to the Arashikage. Physically, exhausted and in pain from travelling, but that wasn't what he meant. Drained mentally and emotionally. Lost. Both paranoid and not giving a s**t what happened to me. Angry that my world kept falling apart and somehow still bearing a glimmer of hope that I would find my purpose in this world. Toso continued, speaking of something we'd both experienced: the drive to become a shinobi only to watch them die because we couldn't protect them. To watch our friends die. That was something I had seen far too much, with the final straw having been Wan.
I pushed thoughts of the giant away. That was a can of worms I had no desire to delve into at the moment.
Apparently the technique he had used had allowed him to see further into my thoughts and motivations than I'd thought. I'd had moments where I'd doubted myself, and others where I showed little care for my own well being. He believed chuunin would give me the freedom I needed to make my own decisions while not overwhelming me with the dangerous of higher ranks. He didn't want to see me throw my life away like so many others, and he admitted as much. And I couldn't necessarily disagree with him. However, he had no intention of limiting if I desired more.
I let my gaze fall away from the man, but any shame I felt in my reactions evaporated the moment they touched my mind, as it had been for some time now. Still, it calmed my anger, and that was what mattered more.
Until the door opened again, despite the kage locking it. I shot the intruder a scathing look, but the metallic figure simply delivered a message and then took his leave again. At least there was that. But it didn't change the insult of what basically amounted to breaking and entering when Toso had explicitly locked the door for privacy. Urgent or no, I had little respect for people who couldn't even respect the boundary of a locked door.
Simmering once more, I found my voice, my attention returning to the Arashikage. "With all due respect," I started, "doubting myself had nothing to do with the end results. I didn't hesitate; I was only unsure whether I had made it in time." My lips drew thin, but then I sighed. "As for acting recklessly, I did only what I believed the situation called for. I also have to test my limits for my sake." I gently gripped my left shoulder. "To explain, about a year ago I nearly lost my life during a challenge. I won, but I don't know if I'll ever recover my full strength. The Stragari don't exactly have the medical capabilities of the Shinobi countries." My hand dropped back to my side. "Consequently, your evaluation of my mentality is fair. I have lost my confidence, and my pride is wounded. So in the end, regardless of my desires, the title I'm to be given is your decision to make."

~Current Theme Music~:Shonen Heart "With all do respect..." Toso..giggled. I guess he had dipped a little too much into the sauce. Toso stood up almost jello like in his movement before placing a limp hand on Kaileer's shoulder. "Exactly what have I done to earn your respect Kaileer? Bloo." Suddenly the room they were in was getting dark...sunset already? No...this was odd. This darkness was unnatural. Toso's head would slowly divert towards the large glass windows of the office that spanned the horizon of the village. He'd have a modular shift in tone..if that were even possible. One that switched from lackadaisy to grave. "Respect is something that is earned isn't it...bloop. Last I recall, you an I never truly got to know one another before you'd left. namako...but that." He'd slowly shift his head back towards Kaileer looking deeply into the warrior's eyes. Toso's revealing the bags beneath his own his age or the age he was currently appearing as doing it no favors. "but that's neither here nor there. We can agree on one thing bloop." He'd let go of Kaileer's shoulder as it limply hung down on his side as Toso flipped his entire body and head the direction of the large window darkening the room by the second.
"We don't want to see any more innocent people killed or wounded." Toso's arm like a snake would go for the glass that Kaileer had left unattended. His gaze still affixed to the darkening sun. "and I have a sneaking suspicion there's going to be a lot of that real soon. bloop." Toso imbibed the beverage in one single swallow. "If you think your conviction to protect the people from these 'threats on the horizon' exceeds your desire to simply co-exist then allow me to imprint upon you the title of jounin...however...I won't blame you if instead, you sign that paper I gave you, yog knows...I may have done so myself if given the opportunity."
The glass would make its way back to the table. Before Toso would move towards Unki. Likely enamored still by the sweets to such a degree she may not have even known it was getting darker. "Let's get that contract lesson quick and done." Toso would remove a silk bound scroll from what appeared to be a cubby hole in a shelf of scrolls. "Like any contract or pact, it needs only one to sign in blood and a little chakra bloop. This here is the scroll I'd signed with Shiro. If you sign it then as such you should be able to beck and call either of us or the vise versa. Of course this is a consensual contract bloop requiring parties agree to open the summoning channel...now there are contracts out there that don't give the other person a choice like a retainer or servant contract bu..." Toso would catch a tingle of something. Something in the back of his neck. "Ah..well. You black out the sun, you invoke its envoy..." He looked at Unki and then at Kaileer. "Deeply consider you decision." back to Unki. "I'm afraid I'll have to depart now. I am an unfortunately busy squid." Toso would leave behind a clone of himself for further questioning if necessary but given its orders, it made first for the public announcement system where it would begin to instruct the inhabitants of Arashi to remain calm and that their 'Sanctuary' will remain as such. Kenshin's name being thrown in for good measure for the people whom hated his guts.

"Oh!"Unki punctually drops all remaining degrees of seriousness and and bee-lines over the teapot with ecstatic hopes of drink and candy. She reaches up and holds the ceramic pot of goodness with her hands just long enough to make it start steaming again. Momi was left to roll up the scroll before she quietly went in pursuit of her Lady. Unki almost effectively tunes out most the conversation behind her as her little brain went all a buzz for what would be the best treat to go with the tea. Why would Toso just leave tea sitting out? It was probably old and cold! LIKE HIM! But old tea was usually still drinkable if the lid was kept on the tea pot.
Her work was arranging tea cups and showing Momi the execution and coordination of placement of what little confectioneries the tiny empress plucked out of packages to serve. "Put the little wafer cookies there, Momi!"a tiny and hoarse whisper sounds from Unki among the other childish noises of gasps and hints of whispers. Momi and Unki had their backs turned from Kaileer and Toso. The best makeshift form of privacy the Lightning Empire busybodies could offer was just looking away. Careful glances from Momi to keep Unki quiet from making childish commentary was just on the other side.
Then the sky. The shade of the ceramic teapot was turning dimmer as a reflection from a nearby window seem to fade. Likewise, the light dimming upon Unki's frame caught also her attention. The teapot and little arrangement of cookies suddenly wasn't all that important anymore. Momi, too, had her head raised and eyes fixated on the window before she began to give hard looks to Toso amidst his conversation with the previous Raikage. Toso scoots the subject to the contract lesson, Momi could be seen nudging Unki's shoulder to egg the Empress's attention away from the window. "Uooh! Right, right! Goodie! Goodie!" To the table. Unki stood on her tipy-toes to see the scroll. Her eyes open wide and began to look sort of gooey-looking with awe when she saw an print of Shiro's. The fabled summoning contract she'd been jealous of for years was real and right in front of her! Unki dug into some pocket the Ather Leyline reserved for her and borrowed a knife to p***k her finger. Her grown-up mentality took the reigns and listens to the severity of making an agreement. All she had to do was copy the inscriptions from those before her. "As allies it makes sense to be able to be there for each other." Toso was walking away by that point, however. The careful inscription of her given name, rather than her familiar moniker, was added to Toso's scroll. "I gu-gue-" the empress couldn't finish her thought. Unki turned quickly from the table and sneezed! Again! Another bright pink dust plume surges from the office floor and crashes into the little Empress like an ocean wave. Promptly the final flush of the village's curse knocks the affected Emprress off her feet much to Momi's alarm. The green-eyed assistant drops her clipboard and stares daggers over Toso's scroll looking ready to rip the paper in two, thinking such was the culprit, with her hands and fingers bending into bitter claws above the paper but much sooner turned to check Unki before anything else. The pink dust once more unveils Unki as she should be, all grown up again, with Momi at her side.
Ultimately, Momi helped Unki back up whispering frantic words of relief that the empress was finally herself again in earshot to Kaileer. The little Empress was gone again and Unki was looking exceptionally pleased with her appearance being what it should be. Momi eagerly embraced the regular sized Empress and openly begged her and the forces of nature about them to never change her most eccentric Lady again. The events in the elevator came to mind. Before too long, Momi promptly tore herself away from Unki's side where she retires her blubbering whispers with silence and a sober-minded stare. Momi knelt to collect her clipboard and passed a stern glance to as a harmless warning to Kaileer: You saw nothing. The assistant cleared her throat and looked over the clipboard, My Lady, If you're ready we've covered the essentials of our business with Toso."
She said, serving a similar stern glance to Toso's clone as she did to Kaileer. "I suppose," she answers after a moment's reflection. So much was seeming to beginning unfold. Could she continue with her original plan to assist in uprooting human trafficking problem? The topic troubled Unki right until she managed a chance glance to Kaileer again. She gained only a window in his world during his absence. Kaileer wasn't the particular person she remembered and immortalized on the walls of Kumoimine Keep.
Why, the last memory Unki held of the young Raikage came to mind as she was starting the next quarter of life's journey.. Save for his circumstances, the tone in Kaileer's defeat nearly echoes a person Unki once was. What could she say that wasn't going to sound like an empty consolation? A man's pride could share the limelight with the sum of his power. Jounin was a generous title with responsibilities Unki didn't even have alone under a shinobi title. Her place to comment wasn't there under Toso's dealings. The explanation with reference to a lack of appropriate medical attention struck her the strongest. Unki bit her lip and drew in a breath.
"You know. It was Shiro-chan who helped Wan all that time ago. He was so proud of the success of he surgery, even now." The empress spoke colorfully of the past with slight dip of her head toward Kailler. A splendid glitter seem to come to her eye with mention of two different figures held handsomely in memory. But her proverbial sparkle seem to go out and she genltly brought her head upright. Her sights set dolefully on Toso's scroll where Shiro's contract was inscribed."Of course, I have to consider Shiro's availability and focuses lately. I cannot make promises for him." She trails off. Speaking thoughtlessly as she was began to stirr misgivings and hopelessness. " Sorry. I'm afraid I might be thinking out loud. Even so, please get some rest."
Then a gargled manifestation sprung but this time at Unki's feet. She stepped back quickly to take in the image of her cousin, Ujitoki. "Lord Hojo?" A grainy and lack-luster rainbow projection fizzles into form. The form in question was a young man from Toso's past (and Unki's present) stood totally unaware of who it was he was talking to. However knowing that the Storm shadow's office was generally a place to speak freely of political matters. After being appointed steward, this same young man with the narrow eyes and short hair parted down the middle, had been brought to the Spire at some point within the last five years. "Lord Hojo? Am I coming in clearly, man?" His formal appearance dropped straightaway with his laid back, warbled noise. "We've got an eclipse bad out here. It's crazy dark!" The crackle of Unjitoki's news was evidently fresh to the Empress and her assistant. "Anyway. I've got messages flooding in left and right across the Continent and one in particular is standing out. I hope it's relevant to you." The figure held his head square to a wall behind Toso's desk as if the Steward was beginning to read from a cue card. "Report from Sky Headquarters discovered the passage of an airship several hours ago. Foreign technology known to the Hidden Storm. No record of receiving transmission or port docking as per normalcy after overseas travel. " Ujitoki's sights drift off amidst a pause to something else before returning. "Villages on the border of Sky Country report travelers from neighboring nations seeking refuge from an airship landing in the Swamp country. Bandits attacking. No descriptions available of the suspects at this time. We cannot connect the airship sighting to the airship spotted at the seen of presumed attack. Our scouts are attempting to look into it. Empire will not engage unless forces reach the Sky border. Please stand by for further information. Ujitoki out."
The rainbow image concluded and phased out. Oh. How untimely for the real Toso to miss the message. The unforeseen notice was truly an eye-opener. Unki seemed unsettled as she moved her hand to cup her cheek. This eclipse business might be on its way to becoming her problem too. The Empress squeaks a name:: "clone-Toso?"

Toso's response to the status report of Ujitoki. The information proved enlightening. Two ships were taken from the dockyard. The ones responsible for this entire mess could then be deduced as a fifty fifty chance. Either it was the cult of harlequins or it was none other than his own son Satoshi and his band of lost boys. Toso would look at the emptied glasses where alcohol once was. "tch." a moment of disgust it appeared? Gathering the paper he stood up once more and in some form of 'ninja magic' feat of prowess and sleight of hand had the most recent paper appear on Unki's retainers clipboard in a manner so flamboyant it could not be missed as black smoke signaled its appearance. Toso would then fold his arms behind his back and look out the window. By god did Toso's love looking out that window all dramatically.

Although the elder Hojo Toso was once make sense to Unki, this brighter variation of the Squids ordinary self didn’t. The assistant was reading more perplexed by the Storm shadow’s demeanor, she stepped as step closer to Unki. Momi turned from Toso to face the other direction as she lean to whisper in Unki’s ear. "Agent? He's the Steward. Sir , at least." Ujitoki family to the Empress. He was appointed to mind the Lightning’s affairs in the Imperial couple’s stead. He and this form of Toso might have been close to being on the same political playing field now. The title of Agent plainly wasn’t the title Momi Morimatsu expected to hear on someone a couple steps above her on the authoritative ladder. The assistant feigns through the motions of needing to adjust her necktie, collar, and brush an inch from her face like she’d anticipate any lady to do in mixed company to mislead from the incessant need to gossip, doubt even, her Lady’s ally as Ujitoki wraps up his presentation. Toso was a respectable man under most other circumstances even with his quirks and minimal display of an authoritative backbone, to Momi, at least. Unki had held still per usual for her title. This wasn't the time for whispers to her assistant concerning Toso’s hard-nosed attitude being out of the ordinary.
Mention of the exams brought a glitter to Unki’s eye for an opportunity to travel beyond the Empire’s borders that wasn’t reserved strictly for a Shiro-related thing. Momi, on the other hand, wasn’t as bright eyed about the news nor this Toso’s presentation. The empress’s assistant didn’t particularly take too kindly to having her Lady bossed about (on top of having to redo her day’s, if not weeks, schedule) like she was assumed willing and hadn’t the slightest clue how to behave as a dignitary for the people’s eye. Unki took care in her reply, “I understand,” that didn’t have the prompt sense of urgency like the Squid. Momi further felt the heat of anger from Toso’s address and she really couldn’t take it. Odds were she was still on edge from taking care of a rambunctious little Unki and the stress of the lack of Sun might have built up to this. Momi scoffed. “That’s bold. Just assume My Lady is willing and talking to her like a lowly subordinate! Save for a suffix.”“Momi.” Unki’s steady break was plainly trampled on by her assistance’s disgust; the noise of her disgust only became more harsh and severe, “ You may advise and give her instruction but don’t speak to her like a show dog in my presence. The Chosokabe Empire is your ally and supported your village’s backbone from its inception and continues to do so in benevolence!” Unki was honestly lost for words. Her jaw drops as if she had a word to say to either chide Momi or apologize to Toso but she couldn’t. “Sirs.” Momi added. The only respectful address she’s made to Toso the whole visit. Kaileer too. Perhaps there was something else to say about earning respect? Then with her clipboard to her side, the woman took a bow to Unki. “I will await and accept the repercussions for speaking to our ally with disdain,” she sharply admitted her mistakes with her head lowered before storming for the exit.Acting on her own will, Momi wasn’t willing to waste herself on the Storm shadow’s reply. Unki was torn between needing to gather genin, determine whether she should apologize to Toso and how or if she should handle Momi’s outstandingly rare outburst. Unki turns. She quickly swaps her attention to Toso. To Momi, who left, and Toso again before pulling on her own hair with a frazzled look, just not knowing what was right to say to this unusual Toso, and hurried after Momi.

After the conflicted Uzumaki had made sure her students and teachers had made it home safely, she found herself before the door of the building. Her arms were crossed and there was a chill in the dark air. The screams and panics were slowly fading away into the distance just like the stars. The citizens must be slowly making their way homes and perhaps with the help of some of the genjutsu, the corps/military had to make use of the emotions control to get a better grasp of things. After tossing and turning for days, she had to make a decision and it seemed that today was the day that helped her. As she stepped into the building, Nozomi started to rub her tired eyes and made her way into the elevator. Time seemed to slow down as the elevator had made it's way up. Was she making the right choice? Should she just drop everything and go? Her head tilted back as it rested up against the wall as she glanced at the lights before closing her eyelids. This was a mature way. She wasn't going to be childish. Despite the decision she was going to make may come off as childish. Selfish even.
Selfish. Nozomi knows it was selfish. Her head leaned forwards as the elevator was slowing down to a halt and stepped out as the doors opened. She saw that the office doors were opened and noticed that Toso was busy with another man she had met once. Not wanting to be rude, she walked over to the bar, wondering if Treffles was here today. She could use some drinks to help some of her nerves. Would it actually help her through? Her stomach was twisted as a dirty rag and she was doing all she can to keep calm. 'What happens, happens.' Nozomi reminded herself. Made her way over to the bar, her hands rested on the cold surface as she slid onto the chairs.

▱▰▱Kagami was taken aback by the rage that was born of Yusuke's fear of the yokai. Her shock then suddenly turned into a disarmingly gentle smile. "No Yusuke, that's not the right way. I made the mistake once of thinking the ends justified the means for so-called liberation. Many people died because I was wrong and I won't make that mistake again." Kagami took her firm stand against his plan before forming a handseal. She molded her chakra, not for an attack, no, but for a message. A disguised astral projection of her body would appear before Toso in the Spire's office. In a matter of a few seconds, her image would speak privately to Toso and would not be audible to Yusuke but he would see her standing still and quietly with a handseal. "Toso, I don't have long to talk. A man named Yusuke Seiryu is a samurai lord from a place called Zaishin. He wants me to give my life to summon a powerful creature called a familiar. He wants to control it to kill all of the yokai because many of them have attacked humans. I fear that he might kill me to conjure the familiar. I saw him use a similar creature to kill the god Utu and that's why the Sun is black. If you don't hear from me in three days then assume the worst. I'll do what I can to prevent him from taking control of the familiar for everyone's safety. If it is conjured then I don't want it to fall into the wrong hands. Goodbye." Kagami's spirit would then disappear. The others in the room would not recognize her as she appeared as a masked ANBU-like agent as a phantasm but her voice would be distinctly familiar to Toso. She put her hands to her side as she opened her eyes to re-focus on Yusuke. "I just sent a message to a shinobi kage of your plan. If you abuse the familiar then they will know. If I agree to give my life for this familiar then I want it to be used to protect people, not hurt them." Kagami continued to stand her ground and waited to defend herself if need be.

"What?!" The kage would interrupt. "Where are you!" He'd swing the replica of Ikane in his possession. He'd discern a location. Yet...he would be unable to refine the details. The place the woman was, wet, yet unfamiliar. Furiously with a thud did a fist strike the mahogany desk as if an overdramatization. Only to lead into the pinching of the bridge of one's nose and a visible irritability. If this information carried any weight to it the integration of the yokai into Arashi was likely painting a massive target on the village. Individuals spurned with such closeted ideals rarely gave a damn for the things they spite and their sympathizers.
Shortly...the door would be swung open fiercely the Toso standing in the doorway. He would discuss with the woman himself if need be. But...a roadblock. "Tch" He'd see the principal awaiting audience and knew he would not be going anywhere so hastily without addressing the woman before him. He turned around, another heel turn. Trefles was gone. He couldn't serve as a secretary all hours of the day. The Toso questioned keeping the man around if he wasn't even someone who would dedicate himself to the sanctity of the village.

Nozomi would be conversing with a mood most soured and to an even more complex degree a Clone which seemed less a clone and a whole other person with the name and title of Toso and kage sitting in the chair.

Not knowing much about the Arashikage, she wouldn't know this wasn't the man she was looking for. Nozomi followed but she kept her distance. Everyone reacts to anger differently and she was not sure what his release for anger was going to be. For the time being, she'll wait until things were slightly calmer to have the discussion. After all, this was a bad timing due to the eclipse.
"I'm here to report that the students and teachers went home, safe and sound," She started, "And wanted to know what else you'll have me to do."

You could have properly educated those children who made off with an Arashigakuran airship! 'Toso' turned around from his mouth a tendril did manifest itself, the kage appearing more monster than man as its empty almost soul less red eyes stared down at Nozomi. That air of 'something' isn't right filled the room but so too came the looming air of death. The path of an Oinin was one blanketed by death. A the fate of the village's future would rest in the hands of Nozomi. Assume that this is truly the kage and agree leading to the genocide of the yokai citizens integrated leading to a potential civil war. Kill the 'kage' or be killed yourself. That much was apparent. The yokai, had made a home in Arashi, they were welcomed and while their welcome wasn't entirely the warmest there was no denying that among them were still children and even innocent beings.

Yes, there was technology to keep in check with everyone but even technology can be deceived. She could feel every muscle in her body tightening as the fight or flight was starting to kick in. "Technology, like people, can be deceiving. Which was what you did when you told us all that Kagami was dead." It wouldn't be hard to cast genjutsu on the technology to make it seem like it was still a warning when it wasn't. Nozomi remained calm. A seal or two, a genjutsu and voila. Technology would be deceived. Years of training helped her keep herself calm during the adrenaline rushes. Then he did it.
He brought up Satoshi as she glared at him, her expression quickly went to stoic to '******** really?' "I educated them." She started then she laughed. "We are teachers, not their parents. Now, if you told me about the fact that you lied to the entire Arashigakure which you swore to protect, about his mother, maybe I could help Satoshi face the fact who his parents were. I reminded him that his parents never define his actions, but himself. He's aware. He's a smart boy after all. He either knows that his parents have nothing to do with his actions or... he simply doesn't care and relish in the chaos. You were to be his father. The pressure of the room was increasing as her golden hues glanced around to figure out what was happening around her as he continued to ramble on. Boiling, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) An S+ jutsu always requires a water source, even if the shinobi in question creates it first. In this technique, X determines the amount of water to be created. At E-rank, about a gallon of water is gathered, and the amount quadruples with each rank after, capping out at about one-thousand [1000] gallons at S rank [enough to fill a small pool]. Learning this technique also reduces the cost of basic combat manipulation by five [5] chakra, to a minimum of five [5]. Freely manipulated water in these cases are treated as though they were simple for interactions.
Activation 2: Multiple Tentacle Hellscape [ Tajuu Shokushu Jigokuen ] |{Treated as S} Rank C - Per Limb A skill which is used to attack the opponent from various angles. Around the opponent, up to any number of tentacles emerge all created from water. These tentacles having a mind of their own much like bunshins, which will come down and attack the opponent in utter desperation to attack them. These tentacles can be attacked and destroyed, but that just makes openings for the tentacles to attack. Unlike [Shokushu Rendan Kyouran & Hachi Shokushu] the tentacles need not be sustained and any number of them may be produced per activation.
Activation 3: Chakra Chains: Uprising [ Kemono Fuuin: Hōki ] | Rank C l Variable The Uzumaki may perform handseals or place a seal on the ground. Afterward, delaying up to one post, a large plethora of chakra chains will weave out from the ground and will launch rapidly at the target in order to constrain them. While in contact with the chains, the target will begin to have their life energy slowly sapped, draining chakra and stamina equal to half the rank of the technique. Equal rank chakra is required to escape the chains once bound. These chains last for two post per rank used.
PAs important in this post: Touch of the Boundless | The Uzumaki can create any and all seals, and therefore cast any sealing technique - no matter how intricate or complex - upon a single touch of their palm without handseals. This alternative method for Fuuin must still adhere to the alternative jutsu casting clause as chakra must still be gathered to accomplish a technique as a seal isn't instantly created. In addition, with one-touch and one action, the Uzumaki is able to summon up to three creatures from a contract for only the chakra cost of the highest-ranked creature summoned.
~Current Theme Music~:God of the Artificial "IGNORANT!"The office was razed by liquid. Cabinets toppled as tentacles spawned. It was almost nay was insulting to DARE oppose the 'kage' with the image of his own expertise and thusly would he retaliate with vitriol. A menagerie of tentacles erupted from the 'arashikage's' back. They were much more 'gross' compared to the the true Toso's. Veiny, pulsating, and irregular. All around unpleasant to look at. When one of the tentacles of Nozomi's made its assault it would immediately be driven through by the superior tentacle. IMPUDENT! another of Nozomi's tentacles would be reduced to raindrops. "FOOL GIRL!" again like blood did water spray from another felled water tentacle tarnishing the room further. "DO TELL ME YOUR CREDENTIALS WHEN IT COMES TO THE TECHNOLOGICAL! PRETENTIOUS CODSWALLOP!" Two more were dispatched with the mans own hands grabbing and crushing the tentacles before they so much as posed a threat. The one particularly having been inches from his 'heart'.
With each tentacle dispatched did the 'Arashikage' leisurely approach Nozomi with a furor and rage within its body that visibly emanated. The room itself started undergoing changes. Suddenly what could be heard as howls, laughter, and squeals began to shake the room as the walls and desk formed tiny mouths and eyes all with this man as the epicenter. Yet, this was no genjutsu, no kai would alleviate these sounds or visions. The man would lean in to Nozomi so that their faces would be within length of touching as the last two tentacles of the eight produced were dispatched of behind him as the visage of the 'Toso' emanated something more. Something more than animosity, it was something comparable to an old Mizukage's. An unyielding pressure of fear as the deformed tongue writhed from his mouth like a film about aliens. His neck snapping in an angle which it should not snap.
"I will give you this. I should have truly driven my tendril deep into that accursed woman's womb. As you clearly would have done in my place with your bitter words, bear the title of child killer, and this is why I am willing to do what my softer self cannot. Such as ridding the village of its FLAWS before they become PROBLEMS." It was at this point that Nozomi's trap would trigger. The trap that had been unnoticed in the 'Kage's' hubris. The chakra chains would lash out and due to the mans close proximity bind him almost immediately. A display of struggle would occur...but unfortunately...at its core this 'Toso' was a clone and in a clone fashion having its chakra directly drained was both telling and severely debilitating. If it wasn't clear before it would be apparent now. As the clone's body was fading.
Yet despite slowly fading and bits of its body disintegrating like ash it would look at Nozomi and grin. "You've ushered in this village's doom. There is only one place this village is destined under the rule of my wretched softer self. THAT IS INEVITABLE SELF-DESTRUCTION!" The evil clone would laugh maniacally as it was falling apart but to say that was it's last streak of rebellion would be a lie. The clone dispersed in a crackle of red and black swirls. If Nozomi was eagle eyed enough perhaps she'd notice that red crackling chakra was streaking into the chains and the water. Snaking through it. The last effort of this corrupted chakra would be to leave behind its influence and through it, would it find vengeance on its softer self and in whatever ways possible use the girl as a vessel to bring about the end of this village. Whatever happened the death of the clone would bring about a wave of chakra with it that would cause the tower to quake once more. The eyes and mouths vanishing and that indiscernible 'chakra' vanishing.

▰ Strong Limb: Disdain [ Ashikoki: Keibetsu ] | Rank [X] | Taijutsu [Variable] A technique with its name based in the roots of Tosokurui's familial name. One of many techniques passed down by his father. It is used to counter multiple attacks responsively equal to the number of limbs the user has available. The limbs will tense and when faced with multiple attacks the Hojo will use their limbs to reactively defend against the attacks in a dismissive and powerful manner. Can be made complex or spiritual by paying costs appropriately. The cost of the technique is equivocal to the amount of techniques needed to be defended against. This, however, consumes all the Hojo's activation's that post.
(( Multiple Tentacle Hellscape [ Tajuu Shokushu Jigokuen ] works is its an S-rank technique for learning. However, the number of tentacles you can create are an X-amount of tentacles. So example being base is 8 at S rank since each tentacle is C-rank they cost 20 each. So S is 160/20=8 Basically you can make up to 16 C-rank tentacles for an S+ amount or less. Like 2 for a B rank amount etc. However, its unique in that you can essentially spend excess of an S+ amount to create more per activation. I'm going with the assumption you went with a base S amount which totals 8.))

Her only friend. Nauseous gripped her fast and tunnel vision was rapidly approaching. "Kagerou..." She bit down her thumb, so hard that she didn't even felt it. Bitter iron filled up her mouth as she noticed a piece of skin in her mouth. Spat it out, Nozomi tried to look at the damage she had done but all she could see was a blurry red blob.
