i had a long a** post about how much i hate everyone right now, but....
i'm a sore loser, so i won't post it.
i will, however, tell you my opinion on your votes.
draginal was awful because it's a dragon-type and you don't like dragon-types? wasn't it stated you had to be unbiased when judging?
fire storm is an overpowered move? HA! not as overpowered as judgement, which does 500 damage when used correctly and has no recoil whatsoever.
there's no lore? big deal. you know how hard it is for someone with no creative talent whatsoever to come up with an entire background on a species that has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the individual pokemon? i'm not a creative computer like everyone else is.
i also think the winners shouldn't be allowed to participate in at least one custom pokemon contest after winning.
just to be fair to the rest of the members.

Kogamo 11 Congrats to all the winners of the Fakemon contest!  And to everyone that didn't make it, chin up! There's always a next time! Although I won't be sticking with Cicademy, hehe. HE FAILED ME AND HE IS CONDEMNED TO DEATH... sweatdrop Ah, to be honest I actually liked Cicademy and Academantis! I'm not really one who favors Bug-types, to be honest, but those guys could've provided some pretty funny and awesome role-playing ideas, and I would've liked to have one! I feel that maybe they should've been given more credit, and I really liked the artwork too!
Still, I'll be looking forward to seeing what you come up with next! :333

And, I'm sorry if I judged Lupup a little harshly; I really do like it and its evolutions, but when numbers and technicalities get involved, I just go crazy and get over-analytical... Yeah, uh... I like bug pokemon a lotAww, it's okay. I understand that different people are going to focus on different things for judging, and it seemed like you just took off those points for the overall opinion, which, hey, is overall opinion. When I realized Cicademy was yours, I snorted because I remembered how much you liked rollout from a comment somewhere. xD

i probably would have had avonlea confuse cicademy as a lost kid.
and then freak out at the fact it's a pokemon with sharp teeth that just looks like a little kid.
cicademy and its evolution kind of reminded me of a scifi movie i watched at three in the morning a few years ago.
...scared the exhaustion right out of me.
psst. hey. over here. you should make cicademy an all male species and match it with a female-only species counterpart.

I hope that's nothing to worry about. Happens to me a lot. sweatdrop I just figure it's the site sending me messages that the sender decided to not submit. But, I don't know. I'm not a computer genius. Anyway, speaking of wonky PMs, I can't seem to access my send a PM page and we both know how profile comments ended last time, so....How's Cedric?

I do still wish that Cicademy/Academantis had placed, because the whole concept was really interesting and unique and would work wonders in a role-play setting! But I'm glad that you're not too disappointed, there's always next time! You always come up with interesting and neat scenarios and characters, and I can't wait to see what cool and/or zany ideas you'll concoct next~ :33
Awww, thank you! I'm glad that you liked them! And thanks so much for the constructive criticism in your scores! It really does help a lot to see what worked well and what kinks needed to be worked out, and it's much appreciated!
Also, this has been on my mind for a while now and I have to ask... did you do the art for Cicademy/Academantis yourself? Because it's absolutely fantastic~ I like it, I like it a lot :33

I've personally tried my hardest not to get into this at all, but the fact is, the lore of a seemingly legendary type of Pokémon; which the reason why it seems legendary is indicated by telepathic ability, metamorphic powers, and just its raw ability to be in modern terms, 'a one-man wrecking crew': the lore has to be full proof. Like one: why would this Pokémon hate dragons? If it was the first Dragon ever to be created, it had to have a run in with say the second to be created that would cause it to pass down its true hatred to the next. It would make much more sense to say it would hate ice-types like an articuno, because by definition of evolution, ice types are this Pokémon's 'natural enemy', and by all means and if you left it at that, I think you would've generated better scores. I was writing reviews for Pokémon and I never posted it because I wanted to avoid conflict because of this Pokémon and a few others. I personally felt bad because I felt like I ripped it apart. Had nothing to do with 'fire storm', and I was not bias whatsoever. I mean, literally, if you had gone into lore a little more and had explained it thoroughly to a point that 'made sense' of a few things, I personally would've given it full 5/5 on every single one. I enjoyed the entry and thought it was original for what it was, but it just needed to explain a few things.

You realize it's because Draginal is the first to exist that it looks down on other Dragon-types, right? Just because it's not stated that it doesn't like Ice-types doesn't mean it likes them. And, Lucifer did put in the theorized reason why Draginal hates other Dragon-types. In the NOTES section. Also, if we're talking about seemingly legendary Pokemon, then Flurry and Giozard shouldn't have won either. Flurry's role is that of a legendary's and Giozard is legitimately made from a legendary's soul. So, that whole "seems like a legendary" argument isn't valid. The rules also didn't say we couldn't make a Legendary, so it's not like anyone broke any rules.
