Harlow had handled a lot of what the Deus had throw at her pretty well, up until this point. This, however, wasn't something that she was handling pretty well. She was alert but honestly more alarmed then anything else. Freaked out even. Normally she would have apologized a ton for almost hitting some one that she knew, let alone her boyfriend, but instead she pulled away. "We're already pretty ******** right now Zascha." If she could have growled she probably would have.

Harlow reached down in one more attempt to grab a flashlight, this time she succeed. She murmured as she rattled the flash light attempting to get it to turn on this one was being stubborn. "I have no clue where Nellie is." She explained to Zascha as quickly as possible. She tapped the flash light one more time against her hand. "Lets go." She clicked the flashlight on flashed it around attempting to find another exit. She started to walk as she did reaching out for Zascha's hand as she did.

The lights went out, an alarm started blaring, and over echoing howl one very angry Sun hunter shouted. "I ******** knew it!" Of course something went wrong. Didn't it always? Peyton immediately reached out into the space she'd seen Noah in last, groping for something to latch onto. A sleeve, an arm, his shirt, whatever. At the same time she crouched down to feel along the floor for one of the flashlights that had gone rolling off the table. She found nothing but mystery dampness and debris, and hissed out a rather irritated curse.

He didn't see them until it was too late. Pain blossomed, sharp and immediate, as something bit down on his left shoulder. He swore, loudly, and tore himself away, stumbling forward and turning around, his weapon dropping low and his free right hand coming up to clamp down on where he'd been bitten.

He could feel warmth between his fingers. Blood.

Finn had seen enough zombie movies, and had heard enough of Mark's instruction, to know what that meant.

Jude kept on shuffling around trying to figure out why he was trying to KICK for the flashlight.

He could complain but that wouldn't get him anywhere so he just put up with it.

Darkness was ok when it was sleepy-sleep time and this was not sleepy-sleep time. This was not die time.
A thin, high pitched whine bubbled up from somewhere underneath Abbi's ribcage and moved up and up until it was an odd little cloud that flitted around the teenager's head in a uncommonly annoying little whirl. She half thought she sounded like Stupid Dog from that funny online comic, only well, no one was paying her any attention.

"L-l-l-l-l-l-leslieeeeee?" The last syllable of his name came out more like an "eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" that lasted a lot longer than ought to. Abbi clutched at her chest, wrung her hands together, and stomped her feet. Moving in the dark was a bad idea, there were flashes of light in odd places that only showed her other frantic faces, and there so many noises she was getting confused.
"M-M-Miss Noraaaaaaaaaaaaaa?"

"I'm here." Ripley called, loud enough to be heard over some of the noise, but still calm enough to suggest that perhaps he wasn't groping about in the dark. That maybe, just maybe, everything was sunshine and rainbows.

"I found something." He called again, trying to throw his voice to where he had heard Jack, and Chel. Finn had gone oddly silent, which was weird, for Finn.

"...Is everyone okay?" Which really meant Finn are you okay?
