"Yeah, I just can't imagine where a small rag-tag group of troublemakers is going to get that many explosives to blow up the bike path," Cody replied as they stepped through the trees, back onto the main road. Just as the boy mentioned the explosives, a group of bikers rolled by, overhearing their conversation. "Wait, you thugs!" the one shouted, pulling her bike in front of the group. The rest of her posse followed, creating a blockade in front of the group. "You're going to blow up the bike path? How else are we going to get our fix?" She pulled a pokeball from her belt, which prompted the rest of the group to do so as well. "Alright, Team Z! Let's fight these goons off!" "Uh-oh," Cody shouted to his group. "They're not exactly the types to listen to the voice of reason. We're gonna have to show them the hard way!" ((Battle one member each, two pokemon, each with a held-item of your choice. "It's about time... I was anxious for another chance to show off the rage and charm of my pokemon." Dimitri said once he noticed the group of bikers before he tossed his held pokeball into the air, sending out his growlithe. "Don't get cocky kid... or else your gonna be in for a painful lesson." The biker said in a tough tone before he sent out an Aron.
~Let the battle begin~
"Go Growlithe and use flamethrower!" Dimitri said in a commanding tone. Growlithe used flamethrower to fire an intense blast of flames at the foes Aron, dealing enough damage once the blast successfully hit to weaken the foes Aron until it was reduced to his last bit of health. The biker ordered his Aron to use Headbutt. Aron used headbutt to quickly charge at Growlithe before it slammed it's head into growlithe, dealing a neautral amount of damage which reduced his health by about 30%. "Growlithe... hang in there and use close combat to finish him off!" Dimitri said in a commanding tone. Growlithe got knocked back before she used close combat to punch the foes Aron rapidly, dealing a severe amount of damage and knocked out the foes Aron since the attack struck a weak point. The biker called his Aron back to it's pokeball before he sent out his next pokemon, a geodude that looked just as harded headed as it's trainer. Then, the biker ordered his Geodude to use Magnitude to make the ground shake, which dealt enough damage to bring my growlithe down to half of it's health. "Go Growlithe... psyche him and use substitue!" Growlithe used substitute to make a copy of itself. The biker ordered his geodude to use stone edge. Geodude used stone-edge to make sharpened stones stab Growlithe from below. Fortunately for Dimitri and his Growlithe, the attack struck the copy instead, dealing enough damage to destroy the copy. "Go Growlithe... fight with all your might and use close combat once more!" Dimitri said in a commanding tone. Growlithe used close combat to punch the foes Geodude rapidly, dealing enough damage to cut the foes Geodude's health in half. The biker ordered his Geodude to use smack down. Geodudge used smackdown to knock Growlthe to the ground, dealing a severe amount of damage, enough damage to leave Growlithe with at least 40% of his health remaining. "Growlithe hang in there and use Iron Tail to finish this." Dimitri said in a commanding tone. Growlithe let out a faint whine as she got knocked to the ground before she dashed at the foes Geodude and used Iron Tail to turn her tail into iron before slamming it against the foes head to weaken it's defenses while it dealt a severe amount of damage due to striking such a tender area, enough damage to finish it off.
~Part 2, Capturing a wild pokemon~ Just as Dimitri thought that he was done fighting, a Wild Wailmer dove up from a nearby lake. "Growlithe... use wild charge!" Dimitri said in a commanding tone once he noticed the wild pokemon. Growlithe used wild charge to shroud herself in electricity before she smashed into the wild Wailmer, dealing a severe amount of damage due once the electricity from the attack scattered throughout it's body. The wild Wailmer's eyes widened before it used surf to send a big wave flying at Growlithe, the watery wave dealt a severe amount of damage, enough damage to finish growlithe off. "You've fought well Growlithe... you deserve some rest." Dimitri said in a warm tone as he pointed Growlithe's pokeball at her, watching as a red beam of light engulfed her to return her to her pokeball. Then, Dimitri sent out his Poochyena to replace his fallen growlithe before he threw a pokeball at the wild Wailmer, the pokeball hit Wailmer's head before it pulled the Wailmer into it. The pokeball began to move side to side continuously for a while before it made a 'BING!' sound to indicate that the wild Wailmer was caught. Next, Dimitri walked over to the pokeball seconds after it sucessfully caught the wild Wailmer and picked it puck. Finally, Dimitri flopped down under a nearby tree to wait for his teammate's to finish their battles.
~The battles have finallty ended~

Cody stepped into the common room, humming some holiday jingle he heard on the radio earlier. "Where is everyone?" he asked, looking around at the empty room.

Allen stares at a couple of maps of Route 120 on a computer screen. He switches to a tab containing a description of the location of the Ruins he'd been so interested in. With a sigh he checks back and forth, following the described path but finds nothing special at the destination. His forehead scrunches forward as his eyes scan the map over and over again.

Inside the common room stood a heated chess competition between Ace and... A squirtle? And by the looks of it, it was obvious that the blue pokemon was winning marked by the scowl of the young lady's face. "I demand a rematch." Ace huffed at her opponent. A smug and arrogant grin was placed on the pokemon's face let he made a gesture of refusal which only made her scowled even more.

With a frustrated sigh Allen gave up. He exited out of the search, leaving the computer on. He shoved the chair in under the desk and headed into the main room.

Dimitri walked into the nursery room a couple days after his last mission and placed his injured pokemon in the closest healing machine he could find. Then, He yawned in an exhausted way. His eyes appeared to be filled with excitement from training his pokemon along with catching a new partner at the same time. "I'm proud of all of you... rest well my friends." He said in a gentle tone while he looked at the healing machine as it began to heal his injured pokemon.

Cody got up from his self-claimed personal armchair. For as often as he found himself there, he might as well get a plaque with his name on it for the back. It would suit it well. He stood up and felt his belt, making sure his pokeballs were all tightly secured, and looked around. The room had gotten quite busy, so he walked over and greeted everyone with a wave and a warm smile. "Evenin', everyone."

Ariel stared sharply at the blue squirtle who was putting away the chess set. Although it has only been a few days since she had been recruited, her impatience was getting the best of her. Sure, she can go on solo missions if she wanted to, but she supposed it would be best to at least get along with the rest of the members. She sighed.
Sometimes, Ace wondered how she ended up joining this 'gang'. And she knew her parents had already disapproved against it. And then, an interesting thought of how different it would be if Aqua had became more of a heroic organization. She snorted. As if that could happen. Not even alternate timelines would something like that could happen.
She then noticed to see more members coming in the room. So there could be a mission. But since she didn't see the main boss, it could just be some sort of gathering. But regardless of what it is, she'll wait for a bit to see if more people are going to come.

Allen waves, "Hey Cody!" He took a seat and looked around. "So I was looking for those Ruins one a few maps and I couldn't find them at all." Then he noticed Ace sitting in the room, "Uh, hello there!" He stepped over with his hand extended in greeting. "I don't think we've met. I'm Allen."

Cody walked up to Allen and shrugged. "Maybe when we have some time, we can go check out the area a little bit more in-depth.There has to be something there," he replied, not really believing it himself. But with all the talk and hype about it, the last thing he wanted to do was kill Allen's spirit. He hated buzzkills.
Cody noticed there were pokemon playing in the common room, and sent out his own pokemon. Fortunately, even if the other pokemon weren't friendly, his own were very tolerant and handled stress very well. Stepping over to the new girl, he offered his hand for a shake as well, hoping two new people in her face at once wasn't too overwhelming. "I'm Cody," he started with a warm, welcoming smile. "Welcome to Aqua."

When she saw the two members in the room, she looked at them with sharp, but gleaming eyes. Interesting. It was strange to see "friendly" members working in a criminal 'gang' (as she called it), but then again, this could be a tactic to fool members into thinking that the group wasn't so "evil". And so, she retaliate their greetings with a nod before shaking one of the man's hand. "Call me Ace." She responded with a smirk.

Cody noted the smirk as she took his hand in hers, responding slyly to his sincere greeting. It was obvious that she didn't trust him, but she wasn't one to be trusted either. "If you'd like, someone could give you a tour of the place," he smiled, feeling as though his sincerity almost had to be forced, given the look he had received. He'd try to spend more time around her. Hopefully that would build his trust and confidence in her a little more. He didn't want to dislike the new girl. She just gave him such an off-putting vibe.

"Nice to meet you, Ace." He nodded. "So, I was looking over that area and there are a few lakes along the route, we may need some ride-able water types to find it? I don't think that's right, but it's possible." His mouth pulled to one side, running over the maps and information again. He sighed, scratching his head. "I don't have any water types large enough, do you?" He turned back to ace, "I'm trying to find some ruins from the area, I've always been kind of a nut about things like that and I read about some on Route 120 in this region and have been searching for quite some time now." He caught her up on what they were talking about so she wasn't in that dark.
