You might want to leave out your age in cat years and just put 20.
The weight is rather high for how short your oc is, unless you want her to be a little tubby.
Try and give a bit more detail with the physical description and leave out that she can morph into a cat. Tell more about her personality and describe what the lucky charm on her collar looks like as well.
I don't particularly like the history at all, but that's just my opinion. The boss man will have to decide if that's okay. Give more information at least.
Skills are physical talents, put that she can turn into a cat unter abilities.
