DIG DIG DIG!  Thinking that the angry minipet might just be a one-time unlucky "surprise", Ariane hummed as she tucked the candy into her pocket. She followed the foxfire as it sniffed around before finally settling on a certain spot to dig. Under all that dirt was a piece of red candy.
[Ariane is a gruff-sounding werewolf boil with dark brown fur, and stands almost 5 feet tall.]

DIG DIG DIG! It was the last hole, and Ariane still needed a couple more points in order to get something that would be useful for her. No longer as wary of the digging field, she squatted down beside the foxfire as it proceeded to dig its last hole with her, looking pretty proud - and probably hoping for some praises - as it revealed the red candy buried underneath.
She decided to be nice, giving it a pat on its head before taking it back. The candy that she had collected were then exchanged for tokens... Whatever tokens were used for. They seemed to be useful.

DIG DIG DIG! Kwasi knew exactly what mini he'd be taking out with him. Although he certainly didn't look like it, the little foxfire seemed to have a nose for digging up the good stuff.
"Right, now, all we need to do is remember where everything was buried yesterday. Shouldn't be too hard, right little guy? Go get 'em!"
Kwasi stood back and watched Fruitloop bounce around excitedly, then run off towards a patch of ground.

DIG DIG DIG! The first hole dug didn't have the fabled gold fear candy in it, but it did have a purple one, and five points weren't to be sneezed at. Kwasi pocketed it and hurried after Fruitloop.

DIG DIG DIG! Kwasi frowned at the second hole. His luck couldn't be drying up because it was an endless spring of luckyness, but it seemed to be a dry spell. Kicking a bit of dirt back into it, he followed the foxfire to the third hole.

The third hole was something Kwasi didn't want to think about. After he ran over and reached in, it had taken a full three minutes to pry the angry minipet off his hand. Sucking his fingers, he stomped the dirt firmly back down on the hole and got as far away as possible, as quickly as possible.

DIG DIG DIG! At least Fruitloop was reliable enough in one area. Kwasi was prepared though, and pulled a little bag out of his back pocket, carefully using it to pick up the surprise.
Well, in the end he had managed to get 15 points. Nothing near as good as before, but at least it was enough to get some tokens. Mmm tokens.

DIG DIG DIG! It had taken a great deal of coercion and many ear scratches, but Sheridan at last managed to get the cerberus to dig where he wanted it to. Yay, they'd found a red candy.

DIG DIG DIG! Ack! Sheridan jumped back, away from the cerberus and the pile of poo it had just uncovered. There was suspicion in the wary look he gave the canine, he was not entirely convinced that cerberus had not just put that there.

DIG DIG DIG! Words could not have expressed how relieved Sheridan was to not find another pile of dog poo. He was almost as relieved as he was to be done with his current partner. He was so never picking that one again, ever!

DIG DIG DIG! Digging with a cerberus had to be interesting. And three heads were better than one, right?
Senga curled his wings around his body and shivered, watching the pup run off and began to dig rabidly into the ground. He wasn't at all pleased to be doing on this own, but his company had disappeared a few hours ago, and he wasn't exactly itching to go find them when there seemed to be more things to do around. Especially coffee. Definitely coffee. Senga's thoughts drifted as the cerberus continued to dig.
A terrified yipping noise dragged him out of that though.
