Avery continued to stare at his feet. "I said I was sorry..." he said, and then, trying to convince him, burst out, "And I meant it, too! I just didn't see you there!" He snapped his mouth shut as he realized that that probably wasn't appropriate, and blinked up at the man, waiting to get yelled at. He hadn't yet noticed Colete making her way towards them.
((What the heck happened to my sig...? Is anyone else seeing my old randomized sig, or do you all see the new image map one? In my profile, it has the code for the image map... but it's showing the randomized one? O.o ))

Steal Demenita sighed. She wasn't blind, she just didn't want to make a mistake and think that someone was someone they were not. That may not have made much sense to anyone else but it did to her. "Im sorry, I just.. Why am I saying sorry, its not my fault. My eyes aren't that bad!" She blinked and looked over, seeing the water girl get the other wet. "Now that was just cool." Aqua grins broadly at the other girl. "Oh yeah, I'm Aqua! Nice t'meet'cha!" She extends her hand, still smiling but with a finger still aimed at Sere in case of another comment.Sere wisely keeps her mouth shut, but strikes an arrogant pose, foot tapping and arms crossed.

Sei blinked. "Okay then," he said, raising an eyebrow a little bit. He glanced over at Yume. Had he really sounded that threatening?

Yume smiled and shook her head. "Some of them aren't to fond of new members and some yo ujust have to talk to and learn more about them." She smiled and looked down at Avery. "You're Avery right? One of Rime's children?"

Realizing that he wasn't really in trouble, Avery's demeanor did a one-eighty, and he grinned at Yume. "Uh-huh, that's right!"
He looked up at the man, and fidgeted slightly. "I don't remember you... What's your name? Are you moving in? Do you have any kids? Do you like my car? I got it for Christmas, and Mom told me to quit terrorizing Ritsu and play in the halls with it. I don't know what she meant, 'cause Ritsu didn't act any more wierd than usual, but I gotta do what Mom says, 'cause she's the boss." He nodded firmly, and then added, "You both can try it if you want, it's really neat!" He bounced from foot to foot, and showed them both the controller.

The boy had no reason why he was here- After all, he and Freize did not live in the complex. Neither of them were much for crowds, and preferred their little place near the park, where it was much more peaceful and.. Secluded. This being his first visit, Spiro decided he would rather be back in that home, rather than in this noisy area, with others running all about.
Truth be told, he did know WHY he was here, as Freize had sent him to thank Arafel for their gifts, and perhaps visit Colette. He hadn't met that other boy that Arafel was said to have, either.. Well, he hadn't met the majority of the other kinder. Only Colette and Avery.. And maybe some others of which he couldn't remember.. Having felt awkward, rather than going to fulfill his task, after he entered the building he found himself a nice corner. And he seated himself in it, pressing his back to the wall. His own little corner- It was nice. He could see everything he needed to, and hopefully didn't have to worry about being approached.
His head lowered, mismatched gaze drifting over the floor, mind running over all sorts of things. It was a talent he had, the ability to do nothing and still be entertained.

Yuki watched colette run off, frowning to himself he glanced to his reflection in the mirror.. eyes softening at his jelious look. He shut his eyes and flung the mirror as hard as he could, sending into some wall nearby, it hit the wall made a shattering noise then fell to the ground unharmed. Santa magic i guess. Blinking, he gasped and ran over ot the mirror scouping it up as if it was suddenlly the most precious thing in the world.. the mice on his head and sholders giving some squeaks and trying to hold on.

Spiro's head lifted unusually slow, especially for one who had been sitting a aways across from a thrown mirror. He regarded it thoughtfully, but made no noise, nor did he show any change in expression. And then he was glancing about for the one who had thrown it, falling on a boy that seemed to be the culprit..
He watched him only for a moment, with fading curiousity, and finally just let his eyes slip to a close. He pressed his side to the wall, shifting so that his cheek rested to it, the faintest sigh given. Being here was exhausting. Blue ears remained perked, of course, listening for anothers approach, and giving him atleast a little insight on what was going on around him.

The boy looked up a moment, ears catching the sigh.. "Hey you.." he muttered standing straight and pocketing the mirror, as if not wanting anyone to see it. He cocked his head at the boy, his tone was almost dead. Yep that was him, one of Colette's friends.. he reconized him from the puzzle.

"Hey you.."
Eyes fluttered open, yet his gaze didn't turn towards the one who had spoken. It focused first on the floor infront of him, and then finally drifted towards the purple haired individual. It settled on him evenly, expression neutral. His voice matched the unphased emotion, his normal calm tone given, "Yeah?"

"Your Colettes friend right?" Yuki smiled a bit, his "little sister" was cute with the way she rambled on about how great her friends was. Even if she did try to hug him. The boy sat down pluckign the mice off and setting htem on the floor, only to have them scamper back up him.. sighing he let it go, hoping no one would say anything.

Sei blinked again at the quick turn-around of the child's mood, and the corners of his mouth quirked up into a smile as the boy rattled off a stream of questions at him.
"My name is Sei; no, I don't have any kids yet, yes, I think I'm moving in, and it's a wonderful car," he said, as seriously as he could, managing not to add anything about the car's potential as a weapon.

The briefest flicker of curiousity. Could this be..? Probably. Should have thought of that sooner, idiot.
After he was done internally scolding himself, Spiro found that he should probably respond. ".. Yeah." And after that clever and witty response, the boy's legs uncurled and stretched themselves outswrds- Sometime during his little daydreaming session, he had folded them so that he was seated Indian-style. He eyed the mice for merely a moment, and then his gaze lifted back to the other boy's face. "You... You're Yuki, aren't you?"

He nodded a bit smiling "And your..Spiro was it? Nice to meet you." He crossed his arm looking at the mice ".. erm.. want a ..pet mouse..?" he offered watchign the little creatures run around him. He wasn't all too sure where to go with this conversation.. so he just kinda let ti die into silence.
Colette poped up behind avery looking up in awe of the adult her puzzle clutched tightly to her chest. Too in awe of an adult kinder to say anything..

A nod was given in response, and his legs time stretched forward lasted only briefly, as they now curled to his chest. "Yeah.. Nice to meet you, too.." He eyed the mice once again, a tilt given to his head. "Well... I don't know.." It wasn't that he didn't like them, really, it was just.. "Things don't.. Seem to like me much." Well, living things. Dead things had no problem with him. Or inanimate objects like chairs. Nothing living.. Really liked him. Atleast from what he saw. His gaze had hooked onto one of the mice, watching it scamper about thoughtfully.
