He'd almost hit Caelius - their teacher and leader, regardless of section - and he was lucky that Caelius appeared to have ignored the near-disaster, focusing instead on Eris. Mistake. Mistake. Jordan trembled on the edge of panic, uncertain and doubting, balancing barely in limbo while Aria-Red circled overhead and Caelius faced off against Eris. Jordan, Ferros said quietly. I'm - I'm listening.Shut the jack up and let them fight.Okay, Jordan said weakly, and emerged from his fugue realizing abruptly that Ennea was asking him a question. s**t. "We can't reach the big one," he said quietly to the pink-haired girl. Damage control. Automatic response. Don't look weak. Don't. Look. Weak. "The horse-girl's a threat. Caelius has her now. We should stay out of the way."

Over the slowly fading ringing, Jerry could hear a voice... it was weak and he couldn't quite make out the words exactly, but it was familiar and- "Harrison! Oh, thank goodness!" He gave a tight, relieved but altogether nervous laugh as he blindly groped for what he hoped was his friend's shoulder, "I.. there was a flash of light and a bang, it... it must have been a grenade or something I don't know but I c-can't see a thing right now and... " He groaned, rubbing his eyes under his glasses anxiously. It would go away, just give it time...
It was a Fear attack of some sort, Roar clarified, I didn't get a good look, but I think it was one of them Horse-whores. Just relax, man. I can aim you. Hopefully he could direct, anyway.

"Okay, okay, you're okay, lemme see," Harrison said, surveying the damage and holding his own head. "Your glasses are all cracked up. And your pupils are doing something weird. Okay. Don't worry so much. Everybody's here on the ground, see? And that big dragon monster is in the air. We just got to get to some kind of cover."
Jerry looked all messed up. Was it permanent? His eyes weren't...well, it could be worse. For now, he needed to get him somewhere a little less chaotic.

Sammy felt the blood smear into her hair, it wasn't so bad. It blended mostly minus the white streak, from Shehk herself for that matter. She never thought much about it, but the hair grew back well enough for Shehk actually. "And I was telling everyone to kill our teacher... if she is in there, the yelling, the yelling worked. Though it might have upset her a bit if she is in it...."
She moved forward now, "We need to get her attention again and remind her."
She took a deep breath building FEAR and the energy to yell again, it was so tiring really. For the second time she lamented a lack of Riley.
"What do you want Red!?" She stepped forward again, "DO YOU REMEMBER WHAT YOU SAID!?"
She took a deep breath; "If you know what's best for you, you'd better listen to orders. Your superiors know more than you do. And when the time comes to take orders, you'd better know who to take orders from." She paused again, "WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT RED!? IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT IT TO BE?!" She stepped back slightly panting, her lungs didn't like that, nor the dead muscles in her neck shouting at a dragon that high up.
"She might be in there... she might remember." She said a bit horse after taking a moment to get back, she looked at Shehk, it was written all over her face; she was sorry for not listening.

Jerry's breathing quickened as he concentrated on Harrison's voice. He almost asked him to repeat it, but he figured shouting, "What??" would not help his case. He heard snippets- his pupils weird- Worry- Everybody's... ground... dragon monster.... get to some cover. Cover? He... he couldn't run! Caelius had just given him a... well, the nod wasn't really something to be PROUD of, really, he was just one of the few who actually had a weapon that could be fired up into the air, "N-no..." He managed, trying hard to keep the panic out of his voice, "No, if you're hurt, f-find... find cover... make sure Candace is covered, ok? Roar says he can direct me- if he can see then... then... I sh-should be fine, right? Ahahaha... I'm n-not a c-c-coward!"

Ennéa nodded and then gave into temptation and clung on to Jordan's jacket. She briefly leaned against the taller hunter's side as if she could gain reassurance just from physical contact, like how she used to do with her brother. "Sorry." She mumbled. Now that she wasn't on alert for any immediate threats she could feel herself start to tremble. She took a deep breath and forced herself to step away, before she completely broke down. "I'm okay." She said, giving him a bright forced smile. Ennéa realized she was still holding on to Jordan's jacket and quickly released that too. She then turned and watched Caelius and the horse-girl. "Do you think Caelius will be okay?" She asked worriedly. "What happens when that monster abomination comes swooping back down?" I'll kill it! Baraz growled sullenly. Ennéa ignored him.

Harrison found his swords, sitting up with a headache but on the edge with a sort of probably-gonna-die desperation.
"What do you need me to do?"

At this point, the horseman paid little attention to the trainee-hunters whom had started to move closer, clearly having caught the scent of the battle between their god superior and a force which had wreaked whatever havoc she could upon their island. Any and all words were lost to her, filtered out as if it were nothing but flies buzzing nearby, save for Caelius' -- it was only the sharp stinging of weapons making contact, however minor that snapped her attention momentarily away, enough to give them an unholy hiss, eyes burning threateningly as they became too much to ignore. Snapping her wings again, she tried to bat them away again, give herself some room to move, but as it was it only opened herself open further, Jude springing in again and again to stab at her exposed torso. She didn't shriek, but there was a distinct twisting in her expression that she couldn't hide, blood trickling from the places her silky red dress had been cut.
Yet she had no time to retaliate. Caelius' voice pierced the battlefield as distinctly as if he had screamed his insult, her attention snapping immediately back to him, already moving to dodge. But she had realized her mistake far too late -- the scythe came down, humming with a deep pulse that seemed to crave her blood. In a last-ditch effort to escape, Eris threw up her arm to try to catch the blow on her gold wristband, the Master-Hunter's scythe sliding off with a metal screech to cut deep into her arm. This time, she couldn't keep silent, her sharp cry of fear and pain breathy, like a gasp of surprise, brown eyes widening a little as they, for a split second, met Caelius'.
The moment passed a second later, almost as if it hadn't happened at all -- weaving with an inhuman grace and desperation, she twisted to try to shove away the scythe and slide around him, her feet kicking up rubble as she did so.
"Sloppy, always so pathetically sloppy..." she murmured, as if having regained herself, her voice a soft, sweet tsk, the sound rising as she continued, "You couldn't even take me down on your OWN ******** ISLAND."
HP: 35.5 (-7 or -3.5, not sure if Caelius is affected by Red's 50% stat thingy;; )/60

"J-just... just let me know when I should get ready to attack. Or... or if something's coming," He managed, mind racing to try to stay rational in the situation. He could do this. He could do this. Just keep it together long enough for his eyesight and hearing to recover.

Nah, don't know none 'bout- She overheard Junko ring out about it not being their professor. It had killed West. The creature stirred and moments after took flight. There was a strange sensation in the ghoul just then as well, but it trickled down through her body and out again quite quickly.
DANGIT! She snarled at the giant moving further away, the gust causing her to crouch as low as she could to avoid toppling over. Looking to her side she verified Xiu was alright before continuing her watch on Red. Now airborne, the creature proceeded to pass by mountainous rocks.
It took some time but- Levi's wheels finally clicked together to produce a possibly profitable idea. She'd jump the scaleable rocks up the the beast and ride it bronco-style. Well- ..... latch on long enough to attack was more like it.
She proceeded to do just that; running speedily to a towering hoard of rocks, the tatzel began scaling the tower with her thick tail bounding her upward jump after jump. It depended largely on the timing; too late and she'd miss her chance for jumping on the flying beast.
The plan seemed to have worked out. With all five limbs poised to pounce, the tatzel ghoul gave it one last jump, striking when Red came close enough for her to jump onto the winged beast's back. She hadn't brought a rock with her, so Levi punched into the flesh of BigRed instead. This was one rough spookie...
It wouldn't be safe to keep to this spot and Levi knew this. Once she'd attacked Big Red, it was time for her to land. Rolling along as quickly as she could, the ghoul slid off one side of the beast's back, landing tail first onto the stoney floor.
She kept her eyes up on Red, not letting her guard down just yet in case there was any retaliation.
Yeah, she still didn't know the demon had been brought back by that tingle she'd felt earlier...

Ennea was leaning against him. Clinging to him. Jordan looped his arm around her shoulder, hesitant at first, then more confident. Like Andrew, but not. If Andy had survived, would he be here? Don't think about it. Don't think about it. Ennea was here, and he would protect her. Ferros hissed softly in his mind, agitated and hungry. Jordan ignored his weapon. He couldn't. Not now. Not in this endless awful stretch of waiting, while the dragon-thing circled above and he stood helpless and rebuked. "We'll - we'll deal with her when she comes down," he said softly, watching the thing that had been Aria as she flew, not letting go of Ennea.

When the other Hunters moved for the wingy flamey b***h, Madison stood still for a moment - but she was attacking their leader now! It wasn't just petty revenge, right?! Right? Madison took a deep breath to steady herself, then rushed at the winged woman's back, but her target was already moving too much in the heat of battle - probably avoiding someone else's blow. The trainee Hunter ended up swinging her blades through absolutely nothing but air. Kouki hissed in frustration as Madison caught herself at the end of her swing, pivoted, and landed on both feet panting and feeling thoroughly ridiculous.
