I really hope my rp sample is good enough...I've never rolepayed as the Hokou before so it was a whole new experience for me to roleplay its looks and abilities... crying

-o-Havik-o- I HAVE A SOLUTION! Let them make the RPC's profiles as they would if the were given the Bijuu, then make them fight them selfs using only he Demon stages. The one who uses the Demon the best (Dosn't mean they have to win, just be more epic.) then that Rper will get the Bijuu.
They will be judged by Deil (Of course), me (Since I thought up the solution.), and one other judge that will be able to break a tie if there happens to be one.
So what o you think Deil? This seem like a good way to settle a tie? As much as I would like to see the fight Havik, I don't know if that would be the best wa to judge. The reason being is because it no longer has to do with the way they roleplay with the bijuu but who makes the better character, you know? Like one of them could really stack up their rpc and then completely dominate the other. I'm not a crew member (which is why I quoted you here than the demon thread) but that's my opinion. If all else fails and Deil can't decide I think the captain should make the final call...and if he can't decide then its the end of the world as we know it.

They would submit their profiles to me via PM so they can't build the perfect counter on purpose. If you'll look at my post, you'll see that they'll both get fully filled out chuunin. Chuunin rank allows them to have a powerful and diverse RPC without the battle turning into a bunch of nuke jutsu. Besides, how you build your character is half of being a good roleplayer. They would still have to manage to win the fight. I already know who I would accept if I was asked to right now, but my reasoning is unpleasant. I would prefer that it come down to skill than a technicality.

@Havik- We learned to talk so we can ask what you want on your sammich.
@Lance and Sasori- Not all women are like that. And most are like that when they PMS... I know I'm nice all the time, right up until I PMS and then I turn into a huge b***h. Stuff that was funny a week ago, isn't so funny. But then again, PMSing is the equivalent to being repeatedly kicked in your balls. I mean, look at it this way, if someone came up to you and said "Go make me a sammich", you'd find it funny. But then someone else comes up and starts to kick you in your balls, and the same person goes, "Go make me a sammich"... it wouldn't be so funny anymore, right?
