I joined Menewsha when it first opened, but after a couple of months I stopped going there (except for the very occasional nosey, to see if anything'd changed). Not for me, I'm afraid.
I'm glad you're happy and busy there, Miss Jelly, we just miss the old days here. 3nodding

AW! Don't call it a Gaia wannabe! We try so hard not to be sweatdrop
We're under new ownership now, an adult! The site was created by a 15 year old..but my new boss, Lee, has seriously set his sights on competing with Gaia eventually.
He owns a lot of websites, a few of which are forum based, but Mene is his only avatar site, he's ploughing a lot into it though.
I know I miss stuff on here, but it doesn't hold my interest like it used to, and if I spent hours on here I'd be slacking off with my job so..there's always things on Mene that I should be doing but am procrastinating about ninja
Like right now when I have a posting guide to write talk2hand lol
What have you guys been up to while I've been absent anyway? I feel a read through Whatsit's comments could well be in order!

Well, I call it that 'cause when I looked it was doing all the same stuff that Gaia does & looked pretty much the same.
Menewsha should try for a different look--maybe set on an alien space station in the future, or in a world of magic and fantasy, or anthropomorphics (getting to choose to be a dog, cat, bear, wolf, etc would be cool! It IS something we're always trying hard to simulate with Gaia avis, remember!) or so on. If it's just another place with a normal avi & the same kind of items & stuff, why should I bother? And I really am saying this seriously as a devil's advocate for you & Menewsha. You gotta do something really different & cool to make me look again. 3nodding
