Honestly in DC and Virginia in general if it were not for the humidity it really wouldn't be that bad.

True, though Virginia at times can be really nice. I went to a wedding in Stirling and the temperature was perfect. I'm sweating bullets all the way up in Jersey and I doubt the humidity is that bad up here.

Well when in Maine a few years ago in the middle of July 95-98 degree days no humidity. Was freaking amazing didn't sweat unless you were being really active.
Yes but Virginia weather is all sorts of random on when it wants to be nice and when it doesn't. Well at least where I am it is that way.

I wish I was back in Pennsylvania right now, It did nothing but rain for two weeks!
