....the pain of being all alone.
I know that feeling, I've been there, in that dark and lonely place,
...but now there are others, other people who mean a lot to me.
I care more about them than I do myself, Maka Cody Maka barked loudly when he kept petting her side.After awhile she got up,shook her fur then pushed him down gently and licked his whole face,thanking him for petted her side. ...and I won't let anyone hurt them.
That's why I'll never give up, I will stop you, even if I have to Fight you!
They saved me from myself, they rescued me from my loneliness,
....they were the first to accept me as who I am.
They're my friends."

 Artie Hopper Artie blinked a bit when she barked loudly and after a bit her was pushed down onto his back gently and was licked all over his face, causing him to blush bright red, and smiled happily since it seemed she liked the petting. "I'm glad you liked it.." He said with a kind smile as he looked at her.

I care more about them than I do myself, Maka Cody Maka continued to lick his face until she noticed him red.She barked happily and swayed all of her tails.When she inhaled deeply and closed her eyes she got off of him then laid next to him.She curled up next to him and wrapped her tails around her,making sure one covered up the mark on her forehead that read demon so he didn't have to see it. ...and I won't let anyone hurt them.
That's why I'll never give up, I will stop you, even if I have to Fight you!

Artie Hopper Artie blushed still as she licked him and smiled gently when she stopped and curled up next to him. He closed his eyes gently and blushed a bit as he moved a bit closer to Maka, pretty comfortable with her now, and happy about that.

I care more about them than I do myself, Maka Cody Maka yawned lightly then slowed her breathing and fell asleep.After awhile of sleeping she glowed lightly then changed back while sleeping.When she turned back she had her legs curled so she was in Fetal Position as she slept.Even if she was sleeping on the ground she felt it at least somewhat comfortable.

Artie Hopper Artie and Maka, at this point, sides were touching when Maka changed back, making him blush a bit more before noticing that she was asleep. Smiling gently, he closed his eyes also and soon fell asleep as well, right next to her.

Artie Hopper Artie blushed lightly as he slept and felt her snuggling close to him, which made him snuggle a bit closer to her as she was warm to him also. He was having a nice dream and it showed on his face that he had a light smile on it.

Maka tried to dream but her head remained blank and black causing her to wake up after awhile.When she opened her eyes things were blurry so she rubbed her eyes then looked around.When she saw Artie she froze and became worried,seeing as how closed she was to him.Even if he had let her be close to him a bit when she was a wolf she highly doubted that he'd let her stay this close when he woke up since she was now human so she started to slowly move away just in case,even if she wanted to stay close to him.

Artie Hopper Artie stirred a bit when she moved away, he slowly opened his eyes and blinked a bit when he saw her moving away, "You don't need to move away..." He said blushing a fair bit and moved by her again and smiled gently at her. Being with her for such a while, gave him the confidence to speak more easily and be close to her without being so scared, actually, it was quite nice to be near her.

Artie Hopper Artie smiled still, "Well.. I feel fine around you.. so it's okay.." He replied honestly with a blush on his face and blinked in surprise when he heard her stomach growling. He laughed lightly, and found his stomach growling also, which made him laugh a bit more. "I guess we are both hungry..." He said and looked through his backpack, which he had on the whole time, and looked through it and pulled out a lunch box and opened it to reveal a bunch of ham and cheese sandwiches and some salami sandwiches. "Would you like some?" He asked curiously as he offered the opened lunch box.

"T-Thanks..." She mumbled kindly while chewing.It was pretty good for just a Ham and Cheese sandwich.As she ate she couldn't help but stare back at the river to admire its beauty.

Artie Hopper "No problem.." Artie replied with a smile and nod as he blushed. He took a salami sandwich himself and started eating it as he looked to the river. After swallowing the bite he looked at her, "Your more than welcome to have more. I can easily make more later." He said to her with a kind smile, implying that he had made the sandwiches.

Maka CodyMaka blinked and looked at him. "You made these? They're really good! And I've had these kind of sandwiches before.." She honestly couldn't believe he made the sandwiches since they were far better than any place she's been to that had them.After finishing her sandwich she sighed. "So then...You know how to cook huh?" She hung her head realizing she found yet another person who was a far better cook than her. ...and I won't let anyone hurt them.
