Pirate Captain Sushi
I don't why men shaving their body hard is such a foreign concept. It's more hygienic. D:

Leg hair, Arm hair, chin hair, toe hair, chest hair, pitt hair .....pubic hair.
If it's not on top of my head or my eyebrows, it's gone.

>>>>>protection of skin on the pubic area from certain infections, rashes, irritations, and acne and other kinds of infections<<<<<
Is why that's not a good thing in the end xD Take care of it, yes, but don't go getting rid of it xD

Manscaping is a personal choice, but if there's any curl to the hair the chance of folliculitis goes way up. Those itchy red bumps are inflamed and possibly infected follicles and they can get disturbingly ingrown according to my dermatologist. I go in to ask about melanocites and he's on this rant of how people should never shave there pubes, and so many men are coming in with inflamed groins from manscaping gone awry and I'm just like eeeeeeew

Well, if shaving is done I hope the person knows about cleaning a razor and using astringents.

I have learned something of which to be cautious about today.

Sushi, here's a fact for you:

You shave more than me.

I only shave my legs in summer, armpit hair, pluck my eyebrows on occasion and cut my head hair. (Sometimes I shave it to trim it because I like it short).

So yeah.. Just thought I might share that XD.

But good on you!

I shave my facial hair every now and then and get a haircut once every forever, but that's about it for me.

It's not like I'm afraid of being judged if I shave my body, I just don't see the point. I like being hairy.

I'm all for trimming. But against shaving it all off. It's uncomfortable to have (or not have?), and to see/touch. On me, or my partner. xp

I shave my armpits, legs and trim/bikini shave, and I don't pluck my eyebrows because they are blonde and not necessarily needed xDD

Well I don't always shave, I also wax. Waxing seems to cause more irritation for me though so I don't do it as much. xD

For the inflamed areas, I always find that using shea cocoa butter helps prevent the area from getting itchy and red. Maybe I'm using so much moisturizer in that area of my body that my hairs are like seedlings growing out of sandy soil? xD
