 Clou AdweissClou wanted to let out a whine at such a thought... But he knew it was for the best, if it mean't in the future he could return here.. Skye had been awake for such a short amount of time, and being a General, he wouldn't be allowed to go dillydallying around on a neutral ships somewhere, when he was needed here.. "Thank you sir.. I really do appreciate all this.. I know I'm a hassle at the moment.. But still, thank you.." Everyone was trying their hardest, he knew he had to as well. No time for acting selfish now.

Jack looked away for a moment before looking back at Clou as if forcing himself to say something. "You're no hassel Clou and if you were as long as you keep Skye happy it's more than worth it." He got up from the chair and went to the door, "Skye will probably be back soon I'll keep you posted on what's going on." With that Jack left the room only to run straight into Rufus. "So taking an interest in our son's love life ?" "Not quite just doing whatever it takes to keep him happy" "Uh huh"

Clou AdweissAt the wolf's next words, a wide smile crossed his lips one directed to and for Jack, "thanks.. it.. it means a lot.." He felt like adding 'hearing it from him', remembering back to their first meeting, Jack had only acknowledged him as Skye's mistake.. but not now.. Clou stood to, with a little embarrassing stumble, as the other male had so suddenly stood and left, "O-okay, thank you again!" He called after him, alone once more in the room.. And slumped back down into the seat.. Wondering what to do now, Unaware of Jack's brief conversation with Rufus outside.. He thought over what had just happened... one thing was left unclear.. Jack had asked if he'd wanted to know about his parents... but never told him anything.. Did it mean that he knew?

Rufus followed after Jack as Skye entered the room and sat down next to Clou before instantly pulling him into a hug and nuzzled at him softly. "I swear I will do what ever it takes to make sure that no one drives us apart." Meanwhile Jack and Rufus put out a call and within a few hours another ship was floating past theirs.
Rufus looked over at Jack once they comms link was cut off again.
"The Soviets?"
"Well I couldnt think of anyone else to be honest, I mean we dont have that many friends on earth anymore do we?"
"Well yeah I guess that's true"

Clou AdweissSkye had suddenly burst into the room, and almost anticipating the wolf's moves, he just held out his arms allowing himself to be swept up in a tight hug, the blonde returned it. "I know you will.. I... this all seems so silly, they didn't care about me before when I was struggling to fight those Vertex scum off, yet all of a sudden its a problem.. Your father was here a-and explained it.. a little, he seems to want to help us, isn't that great?" In his eyes Jack was doing it just to keep Skye happy, which was more than enough for him. Nuzzling back, he sighed again, trying to convince himself along with his lover, "I'm sure it won't be for too long.."

The Captain from the other ship was met along with Skye and Rufus and they both brought her to the room. Jack: "Skye, Clou this is Captain Telisa Versille, you'll be on her ship whilst we get this sorted out. Skye I'm sorry but I need you on the front, Clou, Rufus will be joining you on the ship for your safety, don't underestimate him. I did it once, regretted it for the whole three months I spent in traction." Telisa: "You are most velcome aboard my ship gentlemen, you vill be vell cared for." Rufus: "just take some bare essentials Clou, the guys will have this sorted in a couple of hours no doubt."

Clou AdweissAs they went to meet the captain, Clou milled about feeling useless, and once she'd arrived, he gave a polite bow of the head, before straightening up.. He knew Skye wouldn't have been able to come along, but he was okay with that, Rufus was beyond friendly it cheered him up. "Ah yes okay... A.. A few hours? O-of course, I'll just get a pack together.." He turned and went into the place he'd stored such emergency things. Once done, he came back and gave Rufus a big smile, a few hours was nothing! He was worried he'd end up there a good week or something!! He followed them all down the corridors, walking in line with Rufus, whilst Jack was explaining the situation to Captain Telisa.. He was curious about her accent, where she was from and such. Before the fleet, he hadn't exactly travelled much..

Jack: "So once back aboard your ship head to the planet I gave you the co-ordinates for, it should be far enough away to make it neutral territory." Telisa: "Da, very good General, dont vorry everthing vill be fine." They all stood on the teleporter pad and were teleported onto the other ship. Telisa: "Velcome to da Kieve gentlemen, this is my first mate Commander Yuri, he vill show you to your quarters." The man stood tall and looked very serious, Rufus smiled and stepped forwards to shake his hand. "Ah Yuri, long time no see huh, been keeping busy?" The officer cracked a smile and looked down at Rufus, "Rufus Blazer, has been long time da ?" "Yeah it has, this is Clou by the way, Skye's well.....boyfriend I guess." Yuri: "Fine looking boy, this is permenant?" Rufus nodded and smiled, "Seems so, Skye's doted on him."

Clou AdweissOnce teleported, and off the launcher, they stood on the new ship, Clou slightly behind Rufus, as he looked up at Telisa before turning to the towering tall man Yuri, he gave a small bow to the head when Rufus intoduced him, the man's seriousness made him seem quite intimidating.. "Nice to meet you sir.."A slight blush hit his cheeks at the comment before he smiled up to Rufus at what he said. He was very glad he'd been sent over too, the slightly motherly male made him feel a little less nervous.

Clou AdweissOnce they'd gotten to the room, the blonde looked round, placing his rucksack at the side of the room, he felt like the naughty child being sent to an uncles and aunts while his parents' talk.. It was all a little odd.. But he was glad that they were fighting for him. "Thanks again Rufus.. F-for coming with and all.. And ah.. Yuri, was it, sir? C-can I get you a drink?" He wanted to return their hospitality even in such a meagre manner. He gave the tall man a small smile, hoping to appear friendly. Clou was really wondering what the rest of the alpha team were making of this whole scenario.

Rufus looked over the top of the couch and smiled brightly "it's fine Clou, anytime hun." Yuri meantime shook his head and half smiled back "No but thank you for offer, I must be returning to my duties." With that he left the room and the door slid shut behind him. Rufus turned back around and picked up the tv remote, "Wonder what kind of reception the soviets get these days?" He chuckled

Clou AdweissClou nodded, not minding the rejected offer, Yuri seemed very .. well strict or cold, he wasn't sure if he would be able to converse comfortably with him.. Hearing Rufus speak calmed him though, the wolf was so relaxed about everything. He sat down next to him, head neatly tucked in on the other male's shoulder with a soft sigh. ".. I don't understand why that planet cares over one random person so much now anyway.." He was just a young man who worked in a garage on the outskirts of a city.. He wasn't the son of any politicians there, hell, he didn't even know his parents, assuming that if they'd been important, he wouldn't have just been abandoned right? He remembered back to first meeting Rufus, the man had been so kind even from the very start, it was what made him trustworthy to Clou as he stayed, smaller frame leaning against him now.

Rufus looked down at Clou before putting an arm around his shoulders and held him close and softly kissed the top of his head. "Dont worry about it hun, Jack and the guys will be working on it and I'm sure they'll come up with the solution." Sure enough back on the ship Jack and his team were engrosed in computer screens and stacks of papers sifting out what they can. Jack: "Ok what have we got?" "Ok sir according to the planet's planitory archives Clou and his family arrived over 16 years ago it seems that they didnt live much longer after that." Jack: "Tell me something we dont know Lieutenant." "Ok sir, according to Clou's birth certificate stored in the national archives his parents were of nobel blood and here's where it gets interesting, they're from our side of the fence." Jack: "Thank you lieutenant that's just the kind of thing I'm talking about"

Clou AdweissClou let out a soft sigh, content with the other's hug. He knew the others would be trying hard. Also Rufus gave off a sort of mother hen feel, and it was something he'd grown up without, something he quite liked. "Mn.. okay.." He mumbled out. He grew a little tired, and after a while, he'd slipped down head on the other's lap, curled up on the sofa. The little nap was just thanks to the sport he'd taken up in the simulation holo-deck.
