AnimeKitty47 was sent to azkaban for casting a 'raining ice cubes' spell and resulted in the following:
-946 muggles put in therapy and/or in an insane assylum
-230 deaths to wizards and muggles
-copious other incidents resulting in hospitalization
-not to mention the risk of snowman pregnancy...
