 Kazuki Habaragi
Kazuki just stared as the Kazekage's arms as they literally materialized into being. The wickedly large looking blade was quite disarming for Kazuki. "That's........new." He stood where he was, staring at the man's "arms". Could he even call them arms? He was still curious about their use and how they were made into existence. He shook that from his mind and slowly shuffled toward the Kazekage with his sword raised in front of him."Uh, Ito? Forget what I just said."
As soon as Kazuki was in range of the Kazekage, he swung his blade toward the man's left shoulder, bringing the blade downward. His attack was real time speed and strength. He figured the Kazekage had a way to block, dodge, or counter if he was going to teach them.

Kazu was surprised at what the Kazekage told him. Learn how to use them? Needle launchers of all things? It wasn't the Kazekage's instruction, but the fact that he was to learn to how to fight with... senbon of all things? Kazu had a rather weird view on using needles in combat; to him, unless you had accurate precision and could strike vital organs or body parts, they were useless. He had never thought of using a launcher though to fire out a multitude of poison needles. "Guess I better get to work," he sighed. While about to start working on it, he saw Masato's sudden transformation. Kazu's eyes widened with surprise. "No wonder he's the new Kage... if he can do something like that," he muttered. Yesh... he had it easy. Ito and Kazuki meanwhile had it a lot rougher. After getting over initial shock of seeing part of the Kazekage's power, Kazu started to examine the launchers. "Hmm perhaps the string being pulled launches them..." he muttered to himself. Kazu had moved himself away from the Kazekage and his fellow genin so he wouldn't be caught in the fight. Kazu pointed the his right arm forward and pulled the string only to see a few needles fly to the right instead of going forward. "Huh...' muttered Kazu while looking at the needle launcher. He wasn't much of a weapon user, but figured he would be able to get it down before the day was out.

In such a fast movement that Kazuki couldn't even register he would find that his katana was stopped with the edge of Masato's arm blades. The Kazekage continued to stand in place, his eyes focused on Kazu, he eyed how the boy was investigating the launcher.
"You need to learn how to conceal them, how to use them effectively, and how to be stealthy with them. As a medical ninja you must be able to defend yourself in the chance you are confronted alone, using such instruments can be the key to survival, for if the healer dies, so do all the members of a team. In short, you are very important to this team."

Kazuki was very curious about the Kazekage's block. It didn't even appear as though the man moved an inch yet there hadn't been a blade there before and now there was. This was going to be a different type of fight. What was he supposed to be working on? Was there a point to this?
Taking a step back from his attack, Kazuki resumed his ready position. "Is there a reason you brought us out here sir? I don't have enough experience with this blade to spar with you properly. My attack just proved that." If this wasn't teaching exercise then perhaps he may have a chance to come with something on his own instead. The thing was Kazuki had no idea what he should try. Maybe that's what this exercise was for?

Ito saw that the Kage seem to be preoccupied with Kazu. Ito sneaks behind him and while he blocked the other attack ito now tried a quick slash with the katana.

Masato didn't even make an attempt to dodge the attack, however with where it was directed the boy would hear the sound of metal clashing on metal.
"Kazuki, if you didn't hear me please make sure you listen this time. You are on this team, these are your teammates and as such you need to learn how to fight together. When Ryo, Four, and I were in our team we became lethal because we backed each other up so well. I want you three to have that."
The man slowly shifted his head back to look at Kazuki, one could tell that he was genuine, however, the stern example could be taken as frightening.

Kazuki flinched. The Kazekage probably didn't mean his look to make him feel scared but it did. He understood now though. "Ito! Come over here!"
If they were gonna beat the Kazekage then they were gonna need a plan and to make that plan Kazuki was going to need to know what he was working with, namely his comrades abilities. Kazu was a healer but he didn't know a thing about Ito. This was a problem and needed to be rectified in order for them to succeed.
Meanwhile, a couple of ideas flew through his head. What could he do? Short of creating a flash of light or throwing a weak thunderbolt at the man, he didn't really have much. This was gonna take some thought.

Ito came over to his teammate "Ok, so I am assuming you already have a plan then?" Ito didnt know much about sword fighting but he was a fast learner. "So whats the plan, he knows where we are going to strike wthout even looking. Even when I was completely silent he knew where to block."

Kazuki nodded. "I've got a couple of ideas but I need to know some things first. What can you do? I'm talking jutsu, abilities, kekkie genkai, anything like that. Then I'll tell you my plan." He kept his eyes on the Kazekage the whole time, still making more observations and ideas as he went. He spoke in a low tone in order to maintain some secrecy.

Well I am a fire style user, I have no kekkie genkai I am aware of. I know a few Fire techniques and the Shurriken manipulation jutsu. Besides that nothing yet. I would no more but my training was cut short for my year long mission and as soon as I got back I was heading to the chunnin exams." Ito was a bit frustrated that he hadn't had really any time to train since he became a ninja before now

Kazu flinched slightly when the Kazekage addressed him. He knew the Kazekage was right but to conceal these meant changing his outfit slightly to include long sleeves... which Kazu hated the idea of but then one had to do certain things to be a better shinobi, even if it violated their so called fashion-sense. Kazu looked at the Kazekage and asked, "You want me to join the fight?" He had a feeling there'd be a yes since he had said they needed to learn to work as a team. With the needle launchers on his arms, he looked slightly weirder than normal but Kazu didn't have time to worry about appearances.

Kazuki nodded to Ito. "Alright then. Try firing off some fireballs at him to get him to react to it. I'd like to see how he reacts to it. I'll back you up with some of my own lightning releases. Wait for a second though. I'd like to see what our other teammate can do. Kazu! "Kazuki turned towards Kazu and waved him over with one of his hands and raised his voice. "Come join us!" Kazuki wanted to know what he could do as well. If Kazu had a n element that could help either of them then he could help set up a collaboration jutsu or at least some covering fire with his launchers.

Kazu walked over to the group and asked, "So...?" He didn't want to have to fight while figuring out how to use the needle launchers, but knew it would probably help him master them faster than using them on. "If you must know, I know some water ninjutsu. Only one technique will work out here though since there's no water and it's not that strong."

The surroundings seemed to shift slightly, in a way that would make someone look for the changes but none would be seen, however, at the Kazekage's feet sat a scroll as well as a rose. For the moment his arms shifted themselves back to their correct form, each cut slowly sizzling as they sealed up. He slowly knelt down and opened the scroll and read it's contents.
"This is... Unusual. This training is over, I need to go back to my office, be ready to head out at any moment."
And with that, he sank into the sand, leaving as quickly as he had gotten there.

Kazuki was about to nod and start to speak to Kazu when the Kazekage stopped and disappeared into the sand. Kazuki noticed a strange presence of chakra suddenly overflow the area all around him. This was strange to him. It wasn't the Kazekage's or anyone he recognized at all. Training being over he sheathed his katana and stood up straight.
He remembered what he was going to say to Kazu and turned to him and Ito. "I don't know what just happened but if we are going to work in the future, I have a good plan. Kazu can lay down some water with some sort of jutsu and I can electrify it with my jutsu. Ito can cause steam with his fire jutsu if we need a smokescreen or just attack like normal too. He looked toward the direction from which the chakra seemed to have come and sighed."I'm gonna head home for now. I'll see you guys later."
Kazuki headed off toward the village, leaving the other two behind.
