2 at genin, 3 at chuunin, and 4 at jounin, I'm not sure that it's ever stated in the rulebook, but these are the numbers at the moment

Um can someone help me with the shinobi skills part of the profile? I understand it but I just don't know what the weaknesses would be for Tactical Ninja and having Chakra Control

Well, for the weakness, I'm sure its referring to the weakness of your characters all together. So, if they're a Taijutsu Specialist, they would have a weakness of genjutsu. Something like that. So, the Ninja Types wouldn't have the weakness themselves, it'd be your characters weakness.

Hope that made sense.

I don't think tactical has an inherent weakness. Though a tactical control specialist probably would have a weak body? I dunno. Come up with something inherent to your character's fighting style if you don't get one from your types. Element is a factor too.

What is the average wait time for a teacher to arrive at the Leaf Village Academy to instruct new students?
(Just wondering because the last teacher post was like in March or June)

I have some questions on the "Confessor" bloodline.

#1. The bloodline says the user only gets genjutsu. Does that mean they can't learn other types of jutsu?

#2. One of the D-Rank techniques is basically Tsukuyomi, is it meant to be like that?

#3. Most of the techniques for this bloodline center around metagaming. One of them lets you manipulate what I assume is genjutsu created water around the enemy, and if he even sees it, it turns into a perfect clone of him. This would then allow the user to learn all about the person without their permission, and is only A-Rank.

#4. One of the techniques is basically the Yamanaka body/mind control, allowing the user to control the opponent's body, but the weaknesses of the Yamanaka technique have been removed, and turned into strengths. Where the Yamanaka would be injured if the body was attacked, nothing happens to the "Confessor". The side effects of breaking the jutsu seem backwards also, as it stuns the victim, leaving the user open to do whatever while the victim is stunned.

So basically the question is, how did this bloodline even get approved? It's a blatant godmod/metagame clan.

@Hikaro: THat depends, what ninja type?

@Kaze: Same reason no jinchuuriki can use their Demon's jutsu until at least Chuunin: They're all super powerful.

@Hinote: Tactical ninja would have a weakness in actual battle. While they may be quite adept at forming a nearly flawless battle plan, if one thing goes as not expected it falls apart, whereas another ninja could improvise easier.

@Sosay: Only one.............It's listed in the rules for personal summons! Does ANYONE read any of the things I write?!? If they did, I would never have to deny a profile.
