May raised one delicately trimmed eye brow. "Well some times, if you have bad timing Master Napoleon and Mrs. Marie can be found," She paused and flushed lightly "found copulating on the couch."

"Hey where is my Koseiburo, I told her I was gonna call her back. I had a call from Mr. Tsumemashi."

"Fine fine. I will treat you like a grown man." Cindy relaxed her posture, a fraction at a time, trying to relax. "If you mean, one that you have to walk to or for, then no I am afraid not. You have a surgery tomorrow, well today technically, an you won't be healed from it in enough time to even dream of getting out of bed." She felt sympathetic for the man "I truly am sorry Mr. Mogura."

Misashi smiled and snuggled into her new husband. "As was I. But still it's a subject of interest, I must say." She sat up slightly to give him a light kiss on the lips. The lips she had missed for so long.

Shang rolled his eyes. "I can take one hell of a hit." He stepped that one step closer so their bodies were lightly pressing together. "But then again, you're not an ordinary girl, you know that?"

Ren accepted the kiss for a moment before he added, "Maybe we'd meet with one of her geneticists and meet them. Learn something for ourselves, you know?"

"Obviously." Chiyoko smirked, "I'm the best of the best. And you're damned lucky."

“Zhang? Zhang who?” The woman on the jet was young, no more than twenty-five, an acquaintance might guess. Her tone was irritated, and she showed it in the way she clicked repeatedly at the pen in her hand. Her skin was white porcelain, tainted only by the hint of a visible tattoo peeking out onto her shoulder through her blouse. Her deep set eyes were the blue of a clear sky and her hair was extremely long and well taken care of, a light golden blonde that was currently twisted and slung over her right shoulder. She was dressed in business casual attire, usual for her, of a skin-tight pencil skirt and a loose red blouse. On the floor beside her feet were her bright red pumps which she had freed her feet from just for the flight. Her make-up and nails were done, professionally as always - a benefit of hiring a make-up artist as a second assistant. “I don’t know him but he sounds like a problem. That means he’s beneath me, you take care of him.” She tossed her blackberry over to her assistants, knowing one of them would catch it. Then she moved on to her laptop. Wi-fi on her flights? Always.
She opened her laptop and Skype popped up immediately. “Wüderbar.” She clicked on Nagatsukai’s name and waited for him to pick up.
“Verità!” Nagatsukai answered his video call in only his pajama pants sitting in his living room, “I’m missing you, baby. Are you here yet?”
“En route,” Verità smiled, “Now show me my darling brother-in-law. Is he keeping you up all night dearie?”
“But of course.” Nagatsukai giggled like a small girl, “But he’s sleeping now. We’ve just finished, um, well I think you’re old enough to understand.”
“Indubitably.” She glanced over toward a small icon on her screen past him and was reminded of a bit of trouble, “On an unrelated note, Zhang. Who is Zhang Sanfeng?”
“Trouble, personified. The reason I went to prison with Kokomi and Koseiburo.” He gave her a questioning look, “Why? Is he sticking his a** into America now?”
“Other way around. I made a purchase and I don’t like his style of business. Not if it hurts my baby Naga.” She spotted Pierre in the screen behind his unsuspecting husband, “Hey Pierre honey, how’s it going?”
“Come ci, come ca,” Pierre shrugged, “Je suis fatigué.”
She smiled, “Now, where’s the child I was promised?”
Nagatsukai laughed, “Sweetie, it’s been a few days. And we want to enjoy our extensive home version honeymoon still.”
Verità laughed, “we’ll be landing soon and I’ll be seeing you, and as you have it, sweetie, lend me this Zhang person’s number. I have a business call.”
After obtaining the number and saying her goodbyes, Verità picked up her personal phone and dialed the number that Nagatsukai had typed up and sent over. She raised the phone to her ear and listened to the ring as she awaited an answer from Zhang.

May nodded her head a couple of times and began to walk down one of the hall ways on the bottom floor. "As you should know, this is where all the guests stay. Each room has the same lay out, but it decorated differently."

Kokomi normally wasn't so slow when it came to hints like that. But today, just what she could be busy with, seemed to fly right over her head. "Well what is she so busy with that she can"t even talk to me for a couple of minutes?"

Cindy stared at the Mogie. "No, if you are in pain, that means some thing is wrong or hurt, and that is your body's way of telling you to stop doing what it is that is causing it pain." She sighed "So no, you're not going to make your appointment."

Shang laughed and wrapped his arms around her waist pulling them tight together. "Oh I already noticed that."

Zhang stared at his phone for a few rings. He didn't know the number, and he normally didn't pick up to numbers he didn't know. But he did this time. "Hello?"

"She's just -erm- busy, is all. I'm sorry Kokomi can't she call you back in a little while?" Toshi was doing pretty well in not making any completely inappropriate sounds on the phone.

"Can we make a bet then? I'm quite sure I can walk again after a week." Mogie looked up in thought as if he were trying to come up with something, "How about if I can, you and I have to go on a date - no wait, I shouldn't run before I walk- You think of something better."

Chiyoko chuckled beneath her breath and decided to allow Shang to touch her, "At least you're not nearly as slow as I could have taken you for."

"Zhang?" Verità could only assume, "Darling I'm having a bit of a crisis, and it involves your business and mine. So, let's talk about this. But I only do business in person. I'll be landing in Tokyo in about twenty minutes. Whatsay we do dinner?"

May nodded her head. "Yeah I did some of them, but there were others who did the rest." She walked them down the hall and turned off she walk into another room with a large flat screen TV. "The game stations are in here."

"Fine what ever." Kokomi sighed and hung up. Like hell she was going to beg just to talk. Placing the cooked food on the table she walked off and into the kitchen to clean up her mess.

Cindy sat there. "You are not going to be walking." She folded her arms over her chest "there is no point in trying to fight me on this, so no deal. I don't care if I have to keep you knocked out on pain killers to make sure you don't hurt yourself."

"oh really?!" Shang asked chucking. "How slow did you take me for then? I mean really Chiyoko. I ran my own business for a decade or two, with out getting caught. That takes work."

"And who are you?" Zhang asked, not impressed by the girl on the line.

Misashi frowned "I didn't know we had any. I mean I knew they were studying the genes but I didn't know we actually had geneticists."

About that time, Susumu was getting home. He walked straight in, through the kitchen, ignoring the woman, to open the back door and let the dogs in. They dashed in but sat right behind him and waited for him to give them instructions as they wagged their tails, furiously excited to see him.
"Go lay down." He pointed toward the living room, and the dogs took off to go wait for him on the living room furniture.
From there, he folded his arms and leaned against the counter, "So? Whatcha got ta say fer yerself?"

"I won't hurt myself." Mogie laughed, "I know what hurts and what doesn't and it certainly won't hurt to be self-sufficient again." He sighed, "Besides, I know you don't plan to keep me here forever. So, what's the deal?"

"And it's not harder to hide hundreds of immortals in plain sight?" Chiyoko scoffed, "Don't try to one up me Shang. It's not happening."

"Shouldn't you be more concerned with getting my appointment set up, Zhang?" Verità looked over her nails and sighed, "I don't want us to be enemies, Zhang, but you're not making this easy on me. I do know though, in our line of business, no one wants enemies, I mean, we've already got the cops."

"Yeah, Yoshi said something about it. There are hundreds of us, though. It's not surprising we'd have some scientific minds." Ren smiled, "We can worry about it later though."

May laughed "I hardly think that counts as an excuse I know older men and women who work them just fine." She smiled and walked over to the entertainment center. "But yes, I guess I am, The Wii is still some thing I'm figuring out, but the others are rather fun."

Kokomi stuck out her lower lip and folded her hands nicely infront of her. "I'm sorry, Susumu, I won't do it again." She did her best to look sad that she had made him upset.

"I plan to have you to able to be self-sufficient, you just have to give it more time then a week." Cindy didn't know how she could get her point across.

Shang snorted. "I wasn't trying to one up you, I was just saying, that yes I am smart. Though this seems to surprise you." He grinned feeling full of himself already.

Zhang didn't take to being bossed around. "No actually I don't know you, there for I don't trust you. Unless you give me some information I can use to ID you, then I don't give a s**t what you say. I got a family, I won't risk them for a dinner."

"Too bad Einstein is an immortal. He would sure come in handy." Misashi shifted slightly. "I mean he could probably figure it out."

May laughed. "Like now?" She turned to the TV with the different game stations off to the side. They had plenty of games. They could probably be held up playing the different games for days.

Kokomi folded her hands behind her back now and looked at her feet. "Then you forgive me?" She asked looking up and hopeful. An act but a good one, full of sincerity.

Cindy sighed. She knew he wouldn't be walking. He just didn't seem to realize it yet. She had to bet some thing that would prove how little chance he had of walking. Some thing she would normally never bet. "Ok fine. If you can walk without any help by next week. I will give you a blow job." She smirked.

Shang frowned and went crossed eyed trying to focus in on her finger. "I am smart. I just have to prove it every few seconds, or to every one for that matter."

Zhang didn't feel like putting up with the girl, he had his own family problems to deal with. "You seem think I care. Listen I have to deal with people like you all the time. People that think they can muscle their way into talking to me, people who have an issue with me." Zhang picked up the bottle of liquor again and poured himself another drink. "But hey if you want in that bad, fine. I have other guests tonight. Rules though, no weapons, no body guards."

Misashi couldn't help but roll her eyes at Ren. "I didn't mean it that way." She snuggled in again. "I say we talk to Chiyoko when she gets back, see if we can meet up with them, I'm interested. That's for sure."

Mogie smiled happily, "I'm game." He stuck out his hand for her to shake, "One week from surgery."

"I'll allow you the time of day eventually," Chiyoko gave in, leaning on his and resting her head on his chest.

"Of course." Verità smiled. It was kind of exciting to be on his nerves. "Just text the address to this phone and I will see you upon my arrival, Zhang. Tata." She closed her phone and tossed it to one of her assistants, "Take down the address that comes in. Have the car take us there when we land. I should like to be prompt, it's business."

"I'll just tell Yoshi to let us know when they're back," Ren sighed, he reopened his book and glanced over the page for a moment before placing it back down beside him, "In the meantime, let's go out or something."

May set up the Wii and was surprised to find a game already in it. Seeing as it was in there she left it. After a few moments May had two working Wii remotes. She handed him one "Here this is the remote. You move your person around with it. We'll play Smash Brothers Brawl." she smiled. She was alright at that game.

A wicked smile came across her face, then disappeared in a blink of the eye. "Oh thank you Susumu!" She launched herself at him to hug him. "I made you dinner to help make up for it."

Cindy heard the little voice in her head, telling her to take it back. Instead she stuck out her hand. "Ok deal. I hope your prepared to take things slowly Mr. Mogura."

Shang smiled. He had won. "Ok Chiyoko." Wrapping his arms around her waist he rested his head on top of hers. "I'll make you think I'm a genius just you wait."

Zhang texted his address along with a warning. "If you're not here at seven sharp, don't bother showing up at all." Once done he turned to the guest already at his house. "Well Liston, it looks like we will be having a girl joining us tonight."
Liston, was not extremely tall. But he was dark skinned. By looking at him you were left to wonder what his parents looked like. He had the skin tone of a native American, and a built body. Thou he earned both by sunning and working out several times a week. He had an what could have been a awkward mix of colored hair. Dark brown and black. The two colors mixed perfectly on him and drew attention to his face. His face was finely defined by nice cheek bones. His eyes sparkled baby blue, and stood out in such dark skin.
"A girl eh?" His voice was low, accompanied by a thick American accent "A slave or an actual guest?"
Zhang smiled "Oh you know me too well, a guest."
Liston rolled his eyes. "Well dat would be why I asked. Knowin you it would be some poor girl off the streets you dragged in to serve every one."
"Is that compassion I hear or is maybe pity?" Zhang asked growing a little more the irked.
"No, no." Liston said holding his hands up to hold off any more accusations "I was just saying. Relax."

Susumu grumbled, "Git offa me." He pried her off and sighed, "Just, don't bother me anymore, aiight?" He folded his arms and glanced over to the stove, "You haven't broken anything have ya?"

"Sure thing, Doctor." Mogie gave her a small wink and shook her hand happily, then let go and folded his arms, "See you in a week, doc."

Chiyoo laughed softly, "That will never happen. Just be content with not hanging from the ceiling, okay?"

One of her assistants read her off the warning and Verità laughed heartily, "Oh if only he knew." She flipped her hair casually over her shoulder and waited for the plane to land.
After it did, she and her assistants went straight from the plane to the car and drove off, making it to Zhang's just in time for his dinner, and not a moment too late.
Accepting that she had to go alone, Verità left her assistants and driver in the car and walked alone up to Zhang's door. Knocking on it with exactly one minute to spare.

"Just be content?" Shang scoffed. "I'll be more then content, I'll be damn happy. You have no idea how ******** bad that hurt." Shang shook his head, and was forced to sweep some hair out of his face. "Oh never mind."

Zhang excused himself from his guests and went to the door. "You must be Verita. please come in." Zhang moved out of the way.
Ophelia felt surrounded with just the few men that had come to have dinner with them. The only one she felt she could talk to out of the bunch was Liston. "Mr. Liston."
Liston looked over to the young girl. "Yeah babe cakes?" He asked smiling at her, plainly seeing her discomfort.
Ophelia flushed "Are all these men friends of my dad?"

"Alright alright." Elvis fought for a moment with getting the controller in the right place to elicit a response from it. "Dammit this is hard."

Susumu sighed and took a seat at the table, "What's it poisoned? You plan to escape and be out of the country before Tsumemashi finds me?"

"Yeah yeah, of course." Mogie laughed, "Tomorrow then." He waved, "Tell baby I said 'hi'."

Chiyoko just smiled and looked up at him, this time stretching up to kiss him gently, "I apologize, Shang, but you needed a bit of discipline. You still do." She reached around and grabbed his backside, winking at him as she did.

Verità entered with Zhang, taking an empty seat and giving a small nod to everyone there. None of the room's occupants were very outstanding in their appearances or their behavior it seemed. So the evening might take off without a hitch.

May stood up, it was a Wii after all, and required movement. "I'll show you how to work your character." She said with a smile and a glance over her shoulder. With that she began a practice round. "You have your buttons that do attacks, along with the motions you make with the Wii remote. She made a motion that her character reacted to."

Kokomi rolled her eyes and took her seat "Darling if I wanted to kill you, I would face you head on, poison is a coward's trick." She picked up her chopsticks "Besides I wouldn't even make it out to the airport before he found me, that guy is a freak."

Cindy nodded her head. "Yes now get some rest, I have to operate on you tomorrow."

Shang smiled "Oh I'm the one who needs the disciple?" He chuckled "Only if you discipline me and wear leather along with some sexy high heels." His mind was slowly rolling into the gutter.

Zhang smiled and sat down at the dinner table and motioned for her to do the same. "Ok starting off, this is my wife Leila, next to her is my daughter Ophelia, then Liston, Maxwell, and of course Sheimeji. My friends this is a new guest of mine. Verità."

Misashi got up from the couch. "Then lets go get some dinner." She held her hand out for Ren.
