Ahhh well I'm Pad Chief a fan of the Touhou Series and other strange things

Nothing special really, Pad Chief-san, compared to some of the people here. Xeion is the Vice Captain of Squad Nine and second-in-command of the Ravens Organization. He is a Revenant, a being who is neither living nor dead, and has something called an 'Angra Mainyu' sealed within his eyes which is why he always wears special blue shades. He also is able to manipulate dimensions and can do a lot of nifty things with Cosmic Energy. Most of all though, he's a total pacifist and has friends from all races because of it, namely, Shinigami, Vaizard, Bount, Quincy, Human, Zaigou, and Arrancar.
